Description
Claims (13)
- 발효액을 한회여과시켜 투과액 및 투과되지 않은(불투과) 생성물을 얻고 이를 산성화 시키는 단계로 구성되며, 한회여과 단계 다음의 단계가 a) 투과액을 농축시켜 응축물 및 글루타민산 농축액을 얻는 단계 ; b) 불투과 생성물에 농축산을 가하여 가수분해시켜 가수분해된 불투과 생성물을 얻는 단계 ; c) 가수분해된 불투과 생성물을 여과시켜 여과 덩어리(cake) 및 여과된 산성액을 얻는 단계 ; d) 글루타민산을 결정화시키기 위하여 상기 글루타민산 농축액에 최소한 일부의 상기 여과된 산성액을 혼합시키는 단계 ; e) 혼합물을 여과시켜 글루타민산 모액 및 조 글루타민산 덩어리를 얻는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글루타민산 함유 발효액으로부터 결정화된 상태의 글루타민산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글루타민산은 그의 모노소듐염(또는 MSG)형태이며, 상기 농축단계는 증발에 의하여 수행되고, 상기 농축산은 황산이며, 상기 조 글루타민산 덩어리는 정제되어야 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 글루타민산 정제가 충분한 시간 동안, 즉 1 내지 2시간 동안 40-80℃의 온도에서 조 글루타민산을 교반하에 세척수내에 현탁시키는 단계 ; 그 현탁액을 여과시켜 정제 글루타민산 및 세척수를 얻는 단계로 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 글루타민산에 염수를 가하여 염화시킨 다음, 다시 여과하여 모노소듐 글루타민산(또는 MSG)모용액을 얻은 후 최종적으로 MSG를 결정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, MSG 결정화는 농축 또는 증발에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 결정화 모액으로부터 MSG 결정을 분리시켜 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 세척수를 가수분해된 불투과 생성물에 가하여 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 조 글루타민산을 정제시키기 위하여 세척용으로 최소한 일부를 사용함으로써 결정화 모액을 부분적으로 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 결정화 모액의 또 다른 일부는 염수에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH가 6이 될때까지 글루타민산 모액을 암모니아로 중화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 중화된 모약을 농축시켜서, 모액으로부터 분리된 황산염을 결정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 세척을 행하여 시판 가능한 염 및 바로 시판 가능한 유기 농축물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중화된 모약을 증발시켜 농축시키고 결정화된 황산염을 원심건조시켜 모액으로부터 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
