Claims (4)
- a) 다음 일반식(VI)의 1차 또는 2차 아민 및 알데히드 또는 해당하는 쉬프염기(Schiff base)를 다알킬 포스파이트 또는 디알킬 에스테르와 반응시키거나 : 또는 b) 산촉매의 존재하에서 다음 일반식(II)의 N,O-아세탈 또는 고리형 N,O-아세탈 또는 다음 일반식(VI)의 N-아릴옥사졸리딘을 트리알킬 포스파이트 또는 다음 일반식(III)의 포스폰산 디알킬에스테르와 반응시켜 R1이 수소원자인 일반식(I)의 포스폰산 에스테르를 형성하거나 : 또는 c)일반식(VI)의 아닐린을 다음 일반식(V)의 포스폰산 에스테르와 반응시키거나 : 또는 d) R5가 수소원자이고 및/또는 R가 히드록실기인 일반식(I)의 아미노알킬포스폰산 에스테르를 강염기와 더불어 알킬화제로 알킬화시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(I')의 아닐린 유도체 및 그의 산 및 염기부가염의 제조방법 :상기식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬 또는 아릴기이고, R2는 수소원자 ; 또는 히드록실, 아미노, 키르복실, 저급 알콕시 카르보닐, 저급 알카노일아미노, 아릴저급알킬 또는 아릴기 또는 식(식중, R'6은 하기에 정의한 바와 같음)의 기로 치환될 수 있는 저급알킬기이고, R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 카르복실기이고, R4및 R'4은 같거나 또는 다를수 있고, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 카르복실기 또는 저급알콕시기 또는 저급알킬기로 바람직하게는 m-위치에 치환되고, 두개의 치환체가 서로 오르토위치일 때 R1및 R2, R2및 R4또는 R4및 R'4은 함께 히드록실 또는 옥소기로 치환될 수 있는 C2-C6의 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소쇄를 형성할 수 있고, R'6은 히드록실기, 저급알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, R7은 저급알킬기이고, R5은 저급알킬기이고, R6은 저급알킬 또는 아릴기이며, X는 브롬, 요오드, 토실옥시, 벤젠 술포닐옥시 또는 메탄술포닐 옥시기이다.
- 0.05 내지 100mmol/l의 하기 일반식(I)의 아닐린 유도체와 0.05 내지 50mmol/l의 커플링 성분, 0.05 내지 1mmol/l의 pH 6-10 범위를 갖는 완충용액, 1.0 내지 500KU/l의 포옥시다아제등 제제에 적합한 보조제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 산화환원계 검출용 조성물 ;[상기식에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-C6알킬, C1-C6아릴 또는 C1-C6알킬기로 치환된 C6-C10아릴기이고, R2는 수소원자 C1-C6알킬 또는 히드록실, 아미노, 카르복실, 저급 알콕시카르보닐, 저급 알카노일아미도, C1-C6알킬 또는 C6-C10아릴로 치환된 C6-C10아릴 또는 하기의 식(식중, R5및 R6은 하기에 정의한 바와 같음)의 기로 치환될 수 있는 C1-C6알킬기이고, R3는 수소원자, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드 또는 카르복실기이고, R4및 R'4은 같거나 다를 수 있고, 수소원자, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 카르복실기, C1-C6알콕시 또는 C6-C10알킬기이며, R5는 수소원자 또는 C1-C6알킬기이며, R6는 히드록실기, C1-C6알콕시기, C1-C6알킬기, C6-C10아릴 또는 C1-C6알킬기로 치환된 C6-C10아릴기이다.]
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아닐린 유도체가 (N-메틸아닐리노)-메탄포스폰산, (4-플루오르-N-메틸아닐리노)-메탄포스폰산, (3-메틸-N-메틸아닐리노)-메탄포스폰산, (4-플루오로-3-메틸-N-메틸아닐리노)-메탄포스폰산, (N-에틸-4-플루오로아닐리노)-메탄포스폰산, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로퀴놀리닐-N-메탄포스폰산, 6-플루오로-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로퀴놀리닐-N-메탄포스폰산, (3-메틸-N-에틸아닐리노)-에탄술폰산, 4-(N-에틸-3-메틸아닐리노)-메틸벤조산, 비스-(3-메틸페닐아미노)-프로피온산 나트륨염, 4-비스-(3-메틸페닐아미노)-메틸벤조산 또는 N-히드록시에틸-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로퀴놀린인 산화환원계 겸출용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 성분이 3-메틸-2-벤즈티아졸리논 히드라존-6-술폰산, 3-메틸-2-벤즈티아졸리논히드라존 또는 4-아미노안티피리딘인 산화환원계 검출용 조성물.
