Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 중합체 성분 A와 성분 A에 대해 비상용성인 동시에 융점이 성분 A의 융점보다 30 내지 180℃높은 열가소성 중합체 성분 B가 복합되는 동시에, 적어도 성분 A가 표면에 노출되어 있는 복합형 장섬유로 형성된 극세 섬유 부직포로서, 복합형 장섬유 속의 성분 A만을 연화 또는 용융시킴으로써, 복합형 장섬유 상호간에 융착되어 이루어진 융착 구역이 간격을 두고 설치되어 있으며 융착구역 이외의 비융착 구역에는 복합형 장섬유의 섬유 분할에 따라 생긴 성분 A만으로 이루어진 섬유 A, 복합형 장섬유의 섬유 분할에 따라 생긴 성분 B 및 섬유 분할되지 않은 복합형 장섬유가 실질적으로 삼차원 교락되지 않고 혼재되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 극세섬유 부직포 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 열가소성 중합체 성분 A와 성분 A에 대해 비상용성인 동시에 융점이 성분 A의 융점보다 30 내지 180℃ 높은 열가소성 중합체 성분 B가 복합되는 동시에, 적어도 성분 A가 이의 표면에 노출되어 있는 복합형 장섬유로 형성된 극세섬유 부직포로서, 복합형 장섬유 속의 성분 A만을 연화 또는 용융시킴으로써, 복합형 장섬유 상호간이 융착되어 이루어진 용착구역이 간격을 두고 설치되어 있으며 용착구역 이외의 비융착구역에는 복합형 장섬유의 섬유 분할에 따라 생긴 성분 A만으로 이루어진 섬유 A, 복합형 장섬유의 섬유 분할에 따라 생긴 성분 B 및 섬유 분할되지 않은 복합형 장섬유가 실질적으로 삼차원 교락되지 않고 혼재되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 극세섬유 부직포.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 A의 섬도가 0.05 내지 2.0데니어이고, 섬유 B의 섬도가 0.02 내지 0.8데니어인 극세섬유 부직포.
  3. 열가소성 중합체 성분 A와 성분 A에 대해 비상용성인 동시에 융점이 성분 A의 융점보다 30 내지 180℃높은 열가소성 중합체 성분 B가 복합되는 동시에, 적어도 성분 A가 표면에 노출되어 있는 복합형 장섬유를 집적시켜 섬유 웨브를 형성한 다음, 섬유 웨브의 간격을 둔 소정의 구역에 두께 방향에 걸쳐 열을 가하여 성분 A만을 연화 또는 용융시킴으로써, 복합형 장섬유 상호 간을 융착시켜 융착구역이 간격을 두고 형성되어 있는 섬유 플리스(FLEECE)를 수득한 다음, 섬유 풀리스에 마찰가공을 실시함으로써 비융착구역에 존재하는 복합형 장섬유를 섬유 분할라여 성분 A만으로 이루어진 섬유 A 및 성분 B만으로 이루어진 섬유 B를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 극세섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비융착구역에서의 복합형 장섬유의 섬유 분할율이 70% 이상인 극세섬유 부직포의 제조방법.
