Claims (4)
- 고철과 같은 고체의 철함유재 및 광석으로부터 강을 제조하기 위한 제강장치에 있어서 해면철(5)의 제조에 사용되는 직접환원장치(1), 용락가스화장치(3), 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8) 및 용선로(13)가 조합하여 사용되며, 상기 직접환원장치(1)는 상기 해면철(5)을 위한 운반수단(11)을 통해서 상기 용락가스화장치(3) 및 상기 제강용전로(8)에 연결되고, 상기 용선로(13)는 액체취련금속(20)을 위한 운반수단(12)을 통해서 상기 제강용전기(8)에 연결되며, 상기 용락가스화장치(3)는 용융선철(6)을 위한 운반수단(10)을 통해서 상기 제강용전로(8)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 제강장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용락가스화장치(3)로부터 나오는 용융선철(6)을 위한 일시 저장용기(7)와 상기 용선로(13)로부터 나오는 액체취련금속(20)을 위한 일시 저장용기(21)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 제강장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 직접환원장치(1)와 상기 용락가스화장치(3)의 폐가스 도관(16,17) 및 상기 제강용전로(8)의 폐가스 도관(18)이 도관의 형태로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 제강장치.
- 해면철(5)의 제조에 사용되는 직접환원장치(1), 선철(6)의 제조에 사용되는 용락가스화장치(3), 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8), 용선로(13), 상기 직접환원장치(1)를 상기 용락가스화장치(3)와 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)에 연결시키기 위한 해면철의 운반수단(11), 상기 용선로(13)와 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8) 사이에 제공된 액체취련금속(20)을 위한 일시 저장용기(21)를 거쳐서 상기 용선로(13)를 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)에 연결시키기 위한 액체 취련금속의 운반수단(12), 상기 용락가스화장치(3)와 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8) 사이에 제공된 용융선철(6)을 위한 일시 저장용기(7)을 거쳐서 상기 용락가스화장치(3)와 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)를 연결시키기 위한 용융선철 운반수단(10), 및 상기 직접환원장치(1)와 상기 용락가스화장치(3)의 폐가스 도관(16,17) 그리고 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)의 폐가스 도관(18)과의 도관형 연결부를 포함하고 있는 제강장치를 이용하는 제강법으로서, 괴상의 산화철 함유재를 상기 직접환원장치(1)의 환원구역에 장입시키고, 상기 용락가스화장치(3)내에서 석탄과 산소함유가스로부터 만들어진 환원가스를 이용하여 상기 괴상의 산화철 함유재를 환원시키는 단계와, 환원생성물인 해면철(5)의 일부를 고온상태로 상기 용락가스화장치(3)의 용융구역으로 도입하여, 가열, 용융 및 침탄시켜서 용융선철(6)을 만드는 단계와, 해면철(5)의 나머지를 상기 직접환원장치(1) 외부로 운반하여 고체 장입물로서 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)내로 장입시키는 단계와, 고철(14)을 코크스(15)와 함께 상기 용선로(13)내로 장입하여 취련금속(20)으로 액화시키는 단계와, 상기 용락가스화장치(3)로부터 나오는 용융선철(6)을 상기 일시 저장용기(7)를 거쳐서 상기 하나 또는 다수의 제강용전로(8)내로 장입하고, 상기 용선로(13)로부터 나오는 액체취련금속(20)을 상기 일시 저장용기(21)를 거쳐서 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)내로 장입하여 이들을 정련시키는 단계와, 그리고 직접환원장치(1)로부터 나오는 폐가스, 상기 용락가스화장치(3)로부터 나오는 가스, 상기 하나 또는 다수개의 제강용전로(8)로부터 나오는 폐가스, 또는 이들 가스의 혼합물을 상기 도관형 연결부에 의해서 수집하여 상기 용선로(13)의 작동을 위한 연료로서 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 제강법.
