Description
Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나의 관통단자와 전기 관통단자를 둘러싸도록 배치된 바깥쪽 전극단자와, 전기 관통단자와 바깥쪽 전극단자와의 사이의 영역에 적어도 설치되어 있고, 또한 수지재료와 유전체 분말과의 혼합재료를 함유한 복합유전체층을 갖는 관통콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기복합유전체층은 관통단자 및 외측전극단자와 함께 인서트 성형함으로써 구성되는 관통콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기복합유전체층은 전기외측 전극단자의 외측에도 배치되어 있고, 전기외측단자는 그 복합유전체층내에 매입되어 있는 관통콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나의 외측전극단자내에 복수개의 관통단자가 배치되어 있는 관통콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기외측 전극단자가 통상의 도전성부재로 된 관통콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기관통단자가 양단 근방부분을 제거하고 관통단자, 외측전극단자 및 복합유전체층을 수납하는 케이스를 다시 구비하고 전기 케이스내에 절연성수지가 충진되어 있는 관통콘덴서.
- 적어도 하나의 관통단자와 그 관통단자를 내부에 삽통시킬 수 있는 크기의 외측전극단자를 준비하는 공정과 전기외측 전극단자내에 그외측 전극단자에 접촉하지 않도록 전기 관통단자를 배치하는 공정과 다음에 전기외측 전극단자와 전기 관통단자와의 사이의 공간에 수지재료와 유전체분말과의 혼합재료를 용해상태로 주입하고 고체화시킴으로써 복합유전체층을 형성하는 공정을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 관통콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전기 혼합재료의 주입, 고체화가 인서트 성형법에 의하여 행하여지는 관통콘덴서의 제조방법.
