Description
Claims (17)
- 촉매가 티탄, 규소, 알루미늄 및 지르코늄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속 산화물로된 제 1 촉매 성분, 및 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 세륨, 텅스텐, 구리, 은, 금, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄 및 이리듐으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속 또는 상기 금속의 약수용성 화합물로된 제 2 촉매성분을 함유하는, 오존을 사용하는 수처리시 사용되는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매 성분의 비율은 70 내지 99.99중량 % 범위이내이고 상기 제 2 촉매 성분의 비율은 30 내지 0.01 중량 % 범위 이내인 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 펠릿, 파이프 또는 벌집형태로 제조되고 고정상 촉매 베드로서 사용되는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매 성분이 티탄, 규소 및 지르코늄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 2성분의 복합 산화물인 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매 성분의 비율이 80 내지 99.95중량 % 범위 이내이고, 상기 제 2 촉매 성분의 비율이 20 내지 0.05중량 %범위 이내인 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 촉매 성분의 금속중, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 세륨, 텅스텐, 구리 및 은으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속이 화합물로서 30 내지 0중량 % 범위의 양으로 사용되고, 금, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄 및 이리듐으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속이 금속으로서 10 내지 0중량 %의 양으로 사용되지만, 단 이렇게 선택된 2금속의 총량이 30 내지 0.1중량 % 범위 이내인 촉매.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 촉매가 벌집형태인 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수처리가 탈취, 살균 또는 탈색 목적으로 행해지는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수처리가 용해된 오존을 분해하고 제거할 목적으로 수행되는 촉매.
- 처리시 물을 티탄, 규소, 알루미늄 및 지르코늄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속 산화물로된 제 1 촉매 성분 및 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 세륨, 텅스텐, 구리, 은, 금, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 루테늄 및 이리듐으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종의 금속 또는 상기 금속의 약 수용성 화합물로된 제 2 촉매 성분을 함유하는 촉매에 접촉시키는 수처리 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매 성분의 비율이 70 내지 99.99중량 % 범위 이내이고 상기 제 2 촉매 성분의 비율이 30 내지 0.01중량 % 범위 이내인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 펠릿, 파이프 또는 벌집 형태로 제조되고 고정상 촉매 베드로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매 리터당 상기 수처리가 탈취, 살균 또는 탈색의 목적으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 처리온도가 0°내지 60℃ 범위 이내이고 처리시 촉매리터당 물의 유동 부피는 1 내지 1,000리터/시간 범위이내인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수처리가 용해된 오존을 분해하고 제거할 목적으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 처리온도는 0°내지 90℃범위 이내이고 처리시 촉매 리터당 물의 유동 부피가 1 내지 1,000리터/시간 범위이내인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 용해된 오존의 농도가 용해된 오존의 포화농도 내지 0.1mg/리터인 방법.
