Claims (3)
- 카르복실 변성한 합성고무계 라텍스 또는 합성수지계 에멀션을 종라텍스로 하고, 여기서 하기 일반식[I]로 표시되는 단량체, 또는 이들과 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체[II]와의 혼합물을 첨가중합하여 얻어지는 시이드 중합체를 산 또는 염으로 중화하든가, 또는 4차화제로 4차 암모늄염화 함으로써, 에멀션입자 표면에 고밀도로 양이온성을 부여한 중합체 라텍스를 종이재료에 2.5~30중량% 첨가하여 초조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강도가 뛰어난 종이의 제조법.[일반식]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식[I]의 단량체의 첨가량이 카르복실변성 라텍스의 콜로이드 당량치(절대치) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이의 제조법.
- 카르복실 변성한 합성고무 라텍스 또는 합성수지계 에멀션을 종라텍스로 하고, 이 종라텍스를 중화하여 pH6 이상으로 한 후, 상기 일반식[I]로 표시되는 단량체, 또는 이것과 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체와의 혼합물을, 하기 일반식[I]로 표시되는 단량체가 적어도 종라텍스의 콜로이드 당량치(절대치) 이상의 비율로 되도록 첨가한 후, 라디칼 중합개시제를 사용하여 중합하여 얻어지는 시이드 중합체에 산 또는 염을 첨가하여 중화하든가 또는 4차화제를 첨가하여 4차암모늄 염화하고, 에멀션입자 표면에 고밀도로 양이온성을 부여한 중합체 라텍스를 종이재료에 2.5~30중량% 첨가하고 초조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강도가 뛰어난 종이의 제조법.[일반식]
