Claims (12)
- 그 사이에 액정이 개입되는 대향된 제1기판 및 제2기판과, 상기 제1기판의 내면에 다수 나란하게 형성되는 스트라이프상 데이터 전극과, 상기 제2기판의 외측면과 마주대하도록 위치되는 제3기판과, 상기 제3기판의 내면에 전면적으로 형성되는 단일의 제1전극, 상기 데이터 전극과 직교되는 방향으로 상기 제1전극위에 형성되는 다수 나란한 격벽, 상기 제1전극과 전기적으로 절연되도록 상기 격벽과 나란하게 마련되는 다수 나란한 스트라이프상 제2전극을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정 표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극은 상기 제1전극의 위에 스트라이프상 절연층을 개재하여 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 금속성 페이스트에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 상기 제3기판과 대면하는 제2기판의 내면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 투명성 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층이 액상의 액정 또는 폴리머 분산 액정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 그 사이에 액정이 개입되는 제1기판 및 제2기판과, 상기 제1기판의 내면에 다수 나란하게 형성되는 스트라이프상 데이터 전극과, 상기 제2기판의 외측면과 마주대하도록 위치되는 제3기판과, 상기 제3기판의 내면 전체에 걸쳐 둘 이상의 분할된 영역에 형성되는 제1전극, 상기 데이터 전극과 직교되는 방향으로 상기 제1전극 위에 형성되는 다수 나란한 격벽, 상기 제1전극과 전기적으로 절연되도록 상기 격벽과 나란하게 마련되는 다수 나란한 스트라이프상 제2전극을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 상기 제1전극의 위에 스트라이프상 절연층을 개재하여 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 금속성 페이스트에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 상기 제3기판과 대면하는 제2기판의 내면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 투명성 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액정층이 액상의 액정 또는 폴리머 분산 액정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
