Description
Claims (15)
- 피적삭물을 절삭하기 위한 절삭날(21,31)과 절삭기계의 소정 위치에 부착시키기 위한 생크(22,32)를 구비하고, 절삭날(21,31)이 생크(22,32)와 분리 가능하게 기계적으로 접합된 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 적어도 그 절삭날 선단이 다이아몬드 소결체로 형성되며, 상기 생크(22,32)는 강철로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 소결체의 다이아몬드 함유량이 70용량% 이상 또한 99용량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)의 적어도 그 절삭날 선단을 형성하는 다이아몬드 소결체가 다이아몬드외에 WC 및 TiC 및 Co를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생크(22,32)는 상기 절삭날(21,31)의 피협지부(31a)를 끼워맞추고 협지하는 협지부(33a,33b)를 가지며, 상기 절삭날(21,31)이 피협지부(33a,33b)에 끼워맞출때 생기는 피협지부(33a,33b)의 탄성 변형에 따르는 탄성력에 의해 상기 절삭날(21,31)이 상기 생크(22,32)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 상기 생크(22,32)에 나사 고정으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 초경합금 또는 강철로 되는 다이(42)와, 다이(42)의 절삭날에 납땜으로 고착한 적어도 절삭날 선단부가 다이아몬드 소결체로 형성된 절삭날 칩(43)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날 칩(43)은 상기 다이(42)의 절삭날에 다이 칩(44)을 거쳐서 납땜으로 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 그 전체를 초경합금 또는 세라믹으로 형성하고 그 표면 전체가 다이아몬드 막으로 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 피삭물을 절삭하기 위한 절삭날(21,31)과 절삭 기계의 소정 위치에 부착하기 위한 생크(22,32)를 구비하며, 상기 절삭날(21,31)이 상기 생크(22,32)와 분리 가능하게 기계적으로 접합된 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 적어도 절삭날 선단이 입방정 질화 소결체로 이루어지며, 상기 생크는 강철로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)을 구성하는 입방정 질화 붕소 소결체의 입방정 질화 붕소 함유량이 40용량% 내지 80용량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)의 적어도 그 절삭날끝을 형성하는 입방정 질화 붕소 소결체가 TiC, TiN 및 WC중 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 생크(22,32)는 상기 절삭날(21,31)의 피협지부(31a)를 끼워맞춰서 협지하는 협지부(33a,33b)를 가지며, 상기 절삭날(21,31)이 협지부(33a,33b)에 끼워맞춰졌을 때 생기는 피협지부(31a)의 탄성 변형에 따르는 탄성력에 의해서 상기 절삭날(21,31)이 상기 생크(22,32)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 상기 생크(22,32)에 나사 고정으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절삭날(21,31)은 초경합금으로 되는 다이(42)와 다이(42)의 절삭날에 납땜으로 고착한 적어도 절삭날 선단이 입방정 질화 붕소 소결체로 형성된 절삭날 칩(43)으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 칩(43)은 상기 다이(42)의 절삭날에 다이 칩(44)을 거쳐서 납땜으로 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우-어웨이식 드릴.
