Claims (9)
- (A) 후술하는 가교제(D)와 반응가능한 관능기와 양이온 또는 음이온 관능기를 갖고 있는 필름형성중합체, (B) 중합체(A)를 용해시킨 휘발성 유기희석액, (C) 상기 필름형성중합체(A)의 전하와 상반되는 전하를 갖고 있는 음이온 또는 양이온 관능기를 지니며, 필름형성중합체(A)와 희석액(B)의 조합물에 불용성이고 그의 안정된 분산상태로 지속되는 가교중합체 미립자, (D) 희석액(B)에 용해된 가교제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름형성중합체(A)대 가교중합체 미립자(C)의 중량비가 50 : 50 내지 99.5 : 0.5, (A)+(C)대 가교제(D)의 중량비가 100 : 5 내지 100 : 100, 그리고 (A)+(C)+(D)대 유기희석액(B)의 중량비가 100 : 10 내지 100 : 2000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름형성중합체는 카르복실기와 아미노기중의 하나와 히드록실기를 갖는 아크릴수지나 또는 알키드수지로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성 유기희석액이 지방족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소, 에스테르, 케톤, 알코올 및 그의 임의의 조합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교제가 아미노플라스트 수지 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자(C)가 카르복실기, 슬폰산기 또는 인산기로 부터 선택되는 음이온 관능기, 또는 아미노기 또는 암모늄기로 부터 선택되는 양이온 관능기를 갖고 있는 가교공중합체 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미립자(C)는 제일단량체가 음이온 또는 양이온 관능기를 갖고 있는,-에틸렌계 불포화 화합물이고, 제이단량체가 둘 또는 그 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 결합을 갖고 있는 다가 단량체 또는 상호 반응성인 관능기를 각각 갖고 있는 두개의 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물의 조합물이며, 제삼단량체는 상기 제일 및 제이 단량체 이외의,-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체인 적어도 3개의,-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 분산제 존재하에서 수성 또는 유기매제에서 공중합하여 얻은 가교중합체 미립자이며 평균직경이 0.01 내지 40μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 또는 비금속 안료를 더욱 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
