본 고안은 유류 및 물등의 액체를 수납보관운반 할수 있게된 용기에 있어 수납된 내용물인 액체를 용이하게 배출시킬 수 있게된 액체용기의 토출구에 관한 것이다.
종래의 용기는 주입구만으로 구성되어 있어 상기 주입구로 주입과 같이 배출공으로 이용하여 왔다.
따라서 적은 주입공(배출공)으로 내용물을 배출시킬때는 상기 배출공이 배출되는 액체로 막혀 용기내부가 진공상태로 되어 내용물이 배출되지 않게 되거나 상기 배출공으로 공기가 유입될때 상당량이 급격히 배출됨으로서 배출작업이 난이한 것이다.
이러한 문제점을 시정코저 석유통에서는 주입공 타측에 관으로 형성된 배출관을 형성시켜 주입공으로 공기가 유입되도록 하면서 상기 배출관으로 용이한 배출을 이용한 바 있다.
그러나 이상의 용기는 상기 배출관을 밀폐시키는 구성이 없고 배출관이 크게 돌출되어 미관이 미려하지 못한 점등으로 일반수요자가 이용할수 없는 전문업체용에 한정사용되어 왔다.
본 고안은 이러한 폐단을 시정코저하여서 안출된 것으로서 공지의 용기에 있어 용기 일측에 배출공을 형성시켜 토출관을 상기 배출공 상단에 밀폐되도록 구성함으로서 용이한 배출과 토출관이 용기의 수장요부에 수장되어 외관이 미려하고 상기 토출관을 접으면 배출공이 밀폐되어 내용물이 외부로 흐르지 않게 된 것이다.
이를 첨부도면에 의해 그 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 용기(1) 일측 상단면에 토출관(2) 수장요부(3)을 형성시키고 상기 요부면(4)에는 배출공(5)을 뚫은 돌출체결부(6)를 형성시키되 내부면에 단턱(7)을 구성시켜 폐킹(8)을 구성하여 통공(9)을 뚫은형상의 토출관(2) 상기 돌출체결부(6)에 밀착되도록 체결구(10)로 체결시켜서 되는 구성인 것이다.
미설명부호 11은 주입구, 12는 체결공이며, 13은 체결볼트, 14는 돌턱을 표시한 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제3a도에서와 같이 돌출체결부(6)에 체결구(10)로 체결된 돌출관(2)을 수장요부(3)에 밀어넣게 되면 상기 수장요부(3)의 끝단 측벽에서 돌출된 돌턱(14)이 상기 토출관(2)을 압연 고정하게 되고 토출관(2)의 통공(9)은 배출공(5)과 이격된 상태로 용기(1) 상부측에 위치되어 상기 배출공(5)은 토출관(2)의 외주면에 의해 차단되어 내용물이 외부로 흐르지 않게 되는 것이다.
또한 용기(1)내의 내용물을 배출시킬때에는 주입구(11)의 뚜껑을 열은후 수장요부(3)에 수장된 토출관(2)을 용기(1) 전면으로 회전이동시키면 토출관(2)은 체결구(10)와 돌출체결부(6)의 폐킹(8)에서 슬립되면서 회전되어 상단측에 위치되었던 통공(9)이 돌출체결부(6)의 배출공(5)과 일치되어 있다.
따라서 용기(1)내의 내용물은 배출공(5)을 통과하여 토출관(2)의 통공(9)으로 흘러 토출관(2)으로 배출되는 것이다.
따라서 내용물이 극히 용이하게 배출될 수 있는 것이며 완료후에는 상기 토출관(2)을 역회전시켜 전술한 바와같이 돌턱(14)에 고정하게 되면 밀폐되어 진다.
이와같이 본 고안은 간단한 구성으로 용기내의 액체를 극히 용이하게 배출할 수 있고 또한 배출구의 밀폐를 할 수 있어 내용물의 누출을 방지 할 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

- 통상의 용기(1) 일측 상단면에 토출관(2) 수장요부(3)을 형성시키고 상기 요부면(4)에는 배출공(5)을 뚫은 돌출체결부(6)를 형성시키되 내부면에 단턱(7)을 구성시켜 폐킹(8)을 구성하여 통공(9)을 뚫은형상의 토출관(2) 상기 돌출체결부(6)에 밀착되도록 체결구(10)로 체결시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 액체용기의 토출구.
