Claims (11)
- 정자계에 의해 액침노즐(2)로부터 주형(1)내로 공급되는 용융강의 분출 유선에 제동을 가하여 용융강의 유속을 줄여 주형(1)에서의 용융강의 유선 형태를 일정하게 하는 강철의 연속주조 방법에 있어서, 상기한 정자계를 주형(1)의 폭방향 전체에 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정자장을 이용항 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자장이 소정의 자기영역을 갖는 자극에 의해 발생되고, 정자계의 발생위치가 액침노즐(2)의 하나 이상의 도출구(2a)를 포함하는 영역인 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자장이 소정의 자기영역을 갖는 자극에 의해 발생되고, 정자계의 발생위치가 액침노즐(2)의 하나 이상의 토출구(2a)의 상부의 영역인 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자장이 소정의 자기영역을 갖는 자극에 의해 발생되고, 정자계의 발생위치가 액침노즐(2)의 하나 이상의 토출구(2a)의 하부의 영역인 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속조주방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자장이 소정의 자기영역을 갖는 자극에 의해 발생되고, 정자계의 발생위치가 액침노즐(2)의 하나 이상의 토출구(2a)의 상부와 하부 영역인 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주조 조건에 따라 자장의 자력선속 밀도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 토출구(2a) 상부의 위쪽 자극(31)의 자력선속 밀도를, 토출구(2a) 하부의 아래쪽 자극(32)의 자력선속 밀도보다 약하게 하여 연속주조를 하는 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정자장이 자극의 철심(F)에 의해 발생되고, 자극 철심의 폭이 자극에 인접한 주형의 폭과 같거나 그 이상인 정자장을 이용한 강철의 연속주조방법.
- 용융강의 하나 이상의 유선을 액침노즐(2)로부터 주형(1)내에 공급하고, 정자계에 의해 제동을 가하여 용융강의 유속을 줄여 주형(1)에서의 용융강의 유선 형태를 일정하게 하는 연속주조 장치에 있어서, 자극의 폭을 주강편의 최소폭 이상으로 하고, 주형(1)과 동일면에 배치된 철심(F)에 의해 자장이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속주조장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 한쪽 자극 또는 양쪽자극 내에 자력선속 밀도를 조정하는 조정수단이 설치된 연속주조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 자극들의 위쪽 및/또는 아래쪽 쌍의 자력선속 밀도를 조정할 수 있는 조정수단(6)이 설치된 연속주조장치.
