Claims (26)
- 가스가 분산되어서 슬러리 내에 용해되어 하나의 높은 농도의 구성물을 포함하는 표면거풍을 형성하는 기포를 발생하는, 슬러리에서 최소한 하나의 구성물을 분리시키기위한 거품부유선별방법에 있어서, 슬러리의 흡입구, 슬러리의 배출구와 폐기물배출구를 갖는 밀폐용기를 제공하는 것과 ; 밀폐용기를 통해 슬러리를 공급하는 것과 ; 상기 공급단계의 최소한 하나와 용기내에 액체면을 유지시키기위해 폐기물배출구로부터흐름을 조절하는 것과 ; 슬러리의 표면에서 거품층을 발생하는 것과 ; 그리고 슬러리위의 지역에서 용기 내압력을 비대기압으로 유지시키는 것을 포함하도록 개선된 것을 특징으로 하는 거품부유선별방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용기의 액셉트배출구에서 흡입구까지의 흐름의 일부를 재순환하는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액셉트배출구에서 상기의 제1용기와 동일하게 작동되는 제2용기로 향해 흐르게하는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비대기압으로 유지되는 단계가 슬러리의 상부 지역에서 정압이되도록 용기로부터 달아나는 가스의 흐름을 조절하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비대기압으로 유지시키는 단계가 폐기물배출구에서 진공이 되게하고 슬러리의 상부지역에서 부압이 되게하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출구들 사이에 배플수단을 제공하고, 폐기물배출구 주위에 한정된 액세스챔버를 형성하는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 잉크가 적재된 거품이 공기를 통한 펄프슬러리로부터 분리하는 부유선별모듈에 있어서, 슬러리 처리존에서 슬러리 표면까지 거품이 그 안에 떠오르도록 처리 존을 한정하는 몸체부와 ; 상기 몸체부에 연결되어 슬러리 공정으로부터 슬러리를 받아 들이는 흡입구와 ; 상기 존으로부터 슬러리가 직접 흐르도록 상기몸체부에 연결된 슬러리배출구와 ; 상기 존에서 상기 기포를 직접 흐르게 상기 몸체부에 연결된 폐기물배출구를 포함하고 ; 상기 흡입구와, 배출구와 몸체부가 거의 밀폐된 압력용기를 한정하고 ; 슬러리 표면과 모듈내의 압력을 조절하기 위해 슬러리의 흐름율과, 액셉트흐름과 폐기물흐름을 조절하기 위한 흐름조절장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 흡입구가 상기 공급부에 대한 연결부와 상기 몸체부의 연결부 사이에 뻗어있는 점차적으로 팽창하는 벽을 갖는 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 점차적으로 팽창하는 벽이 수평에서 약 40°미만의 각으로 위치해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 액셉트배출구가 상기 슬러리흡입구 아래에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 배플어셈블리가 상기 액셉트배출구와 상기 폐기물배출구 사이의 상기 용기내에 위치하고, 제한된 입구를 그곳에 갖는 폐기물실을 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 배플어셈블리가 상기 모듈의 벽으로부터 각을 두고 윗쪽을 향해 안쪽으로 뻗어있는 플레이트를 포함하고 플레이트의 끝부분이 플레이트의 단부로부터 거의 수직으로 위를 향해 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트가 수평에서 40°이하의 각으로 안쪽을 향해 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부가 횡단면이 대체로 실린더 형인 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부가 횡단면이 대체로 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부가 그것의 흡입구에서 배출구까지 벌어져 있는 원추형인 것을 특징으로하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 흐름 조절장치가 상기 슬러리 수면위에 정압을 제공하기위해 슬러리로부터 달아나는 폐기물배출구를 통한 공기의 흐름을 제한하는 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 흐름 조절장치가 상기 슬러리위에 부압을 제공하도록 상기 폐기물배출구에 작동되게 연결된 진통수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부가 흡입구에서 배출구까지 벌어져 있는 원뿔대를 한정하고, 상기 원뿔대가 아래쪽으로 위치한 배출구에 따라 수직으로 시작되고, 상기 폐기물배출구가 슬러리의 표면가까이 까지상기 원뿔대 내에 뻗어있는 파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 제19항에 있어서, 부유배플어셈블리가 상기 파이프에 연결되어 상기 파이프속으로 슬러리가 흐르는것을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유선별모듈.
- 슬러리가 처리되어서 슬라리의 성분을 포착하여 거품을 발생시키고, 거품이 슬러리의 상부로 떠올라슬러리와 거품이 모듈에서 분리되어 제거되는 모듈에서 거품이 슬러리와 분리되는 거품부유선별 분리방법에있어서, 흐름을 조절하면서 모듈로 밀폐용기를 제공하는 것과 ; 그리고 용기내를 비대기압으로 유지시키는것을 포함하는 것을 개선된 것을 특징으로 하는 거품부유선별 분리방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 용기내를 정압으로 유지시키는 것을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 용기내를 부압으르 유지시키는 것을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 가스가 슬러리와 혼합하므로 발생된 거품을 모듈을 통해 공급되는 슬러리와 분리시키기위한 거품부유선별모듈에 있어서, 상기 모듈이 ; 슬러리흡입구, 슬러리배출구 그리고 거품배출구를 서로 간격을 두고 떨어져 위치시킨 밀폐된 몸체부와 ; 그리고 상기 몸체부 내에 비대기압을 제공하여 유지시키는 압력조절수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품부유선별모듈.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 압력조절수단이 가스의 흐름을 제한하고 상기 모듈내에 정압을 주기위해 슬러리에서 상기 몸체부로 달아나는 약간의 가스를 한정시키는 흐름조절수단을 상기 거품배출구에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품부유선별모듈.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 압력조절수단이 상기 모듈내 부압을 제공하기 위하여 상기 거품배출구에 작동가능하게 연결된 진공발생수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거품부유선별모듈.
