Claims (4)
- 방법의 한 단계는, 수성 매질중에서, 선택적 투과성을 갖는 양이온 유형의 단일막 양쪽에서 양극 격실및 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 수용액을 함유하고 수소가 생성되는 음극격실로 격실화된, "염소-수산화나트륨" 전해셀의 양극 격실 중에서 금속의 클로라이드를 전해시키는 것이며, 매 1ℓ당 100g∼200g의 상기 클로라이드의 양 및 제조된 클로레이트를 전해된 클로라이드 수용액으로부터 결정화에 의해 직접 단리시킬 수있도록 하는 양의 클로레이트를 함유하는 클로라이드 수용액을 pH 6.2∼6.6에서 전해시킴으로써, 전해에 의한 단일 단계로 클로레이트를 제조함을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리 금속 클로레이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 클로라이드의 수용액이 1ℓ당 120g∼150g의 상기 클로라이드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 클로라이드 수용액의 pH가 6.3∼6.5의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 클로라이드의 수용액의 pH값을 음극 격실내에서 생성된 OH-이온을 양극 격실로 이동시킴으로써 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
