Claims (1)
- 유리원료가스를 1이상의 유리미립자합성용 버어너의 화염속에 공급하여 화염가스분해하고, 그에 의해서 생성하는 유리미립자를 회전하는 출발부재위에 퇴적시켜서 축방향으로 성장시키므로서, 다공질광파이버용 모재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 유리미립자합성용 버어너의 1개는 2중화염을 형성하는 것으로 하고, 이 2중화염의 안쪽화염에는 SiCl4를 또는 SiCl4와 GeCl4를 공급하고, 바깥쪽화염에는 SiCl4를 공급하고, 또한 코어부를 형성하는 유리미립자합성용 버어너의 1개에는 유리원료가스로서 SiCl4와 GeCl4를 공급하므로서, 코어부의 일부에 GeO2를 함유하는 광파이버용 다공질모재를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 다공질모재의 제조방법.
