Claims (8)
- 메디아층이 형성된 3,000-30,000PPM의 고농도 유기폐수를 처리하는 처리조에 있어서, 메디아층을 처리조의 중간부에 0.55-0.65H되게 형성하고, 그 하부에는 0.2-0.3H되게 공간부를 갖도록 하며, 상부에는 0.1-0.2H되게 여과수 공간부를 형성하여 유출관을 통해 처리수가 유출되게 하고, 공간부내로 유입되는 유기폐수의 상승속도를 0.5-2.5m/day로 되게 유체가 점직적으로 규칙적인 층 이동되게하며, 메디아층의 직하부에 두껍게 견고한 슬러지 블란켓트층을 형성하여 고농도 유기폐수를 처리함을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기폐수의 체류시간을 1-5일 되게 함을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메디아층의 각 메디아는 파형과 같이 굴곡부를 형성시켜 약 55-65도 경사각을 가지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수의 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 메디아층의 각 메디아를 상호 어긋나게 교호로 접촉시켜 공극이 형성되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수의 처리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 메디아층은 3-5층으로 적층하여 공극을 지그재그로 연결시켜 공극율 90%이상. 비표면적 120㎥/㎡ 이상되게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 메디아층의 최하단부 표면에 미세한 작은 요철을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유입폐수를 하향공급되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수 처리방법.
- 메디아층이 형성된 3,000-30,000PPM의 고농도 유기폐수를 처리하는 처리조(1)에 있어서, 처리조(1)의 중간부에 메디아층(2)을 0.55-0.65H되게 형성하고, 그 하부에 0.2-0.3H되게 공간부(3)를 형성하며, 상부에는 0.1-0.2H되게 여과수 공간부(6)를 형성하고, 상기 공간부(3)에 유입관(5)의 다수의 분출구(4)를 하향되게 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기폐수 처리장치.
