Claims (6)
- 입도분포가 10-5mm입자 : 6-8%, 5-3mm입자 : 30-35%, 3-1mm입자 : 20-30%, 및 1mm이하입자 : 32-38%로 이루어지고, MgO를 50중량%이상 함유하는 마그네시아를 골재로하고, 여기에 상기 마그네시아 100중량비에 대하여, 점토 : 10-22중량%, 흑연분말 : 4-7중량% 및 실리카프라워 : 7-15중량%, 소결알루미나 극무분 : 3-8%, SiC미분(325메쉬 통과분) : 5-10중량%, 금속 Si : 1-3중량% 및 결합제로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로출선통용 내화재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마그네시아가 천연마그네시아 클링커, 감람석, 사문암, 해수마그네시아 클링커 및 전융마그네시아 클링커로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로출선통용 내화재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 당밀, PVA, 규산 소오다, 알킨산소다, CMC 및 폴리글리세린으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로출선통용 내화재.
- 입도분포가 10-5mm입자 : 6-8%, 5-3mm입자 : 30-35%, 3-1mm입자 : 20-30%, 및 1mm이하입자 : 32-38%로 이루어지고, MgO를 50중량%이상 함유하는 마그네시아 골재의 표면을 결합제로 도포한 후, 마그네시아 100중량비에 대하여, 3-8%의 알루미나 극미분, 7-15중량%의 실리카플라워, 5-10중량%의 SiC미분 및 4-7중량%의 흑연분말을 혼련하고 이 혼련물을 결합제가 도포된 마그네시아 골재에 1차 도포하는 단계 ; 및 1차 도포된 마그네시아 골재의 표면을 결합제로 다시 도포한 후, 10-22중량%의 점토와 미분 마그네시아로 2차 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로출선통용 내화재의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 마그네시아가 천연마그네시아 클링커, 감람석, 사문암, 해수마그네시아 글링커 및 전융 마그네시아클링커로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로출선통용 내화재의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합체가 당밀, PVA, 규산소오다, CMC 및 폴리글리세린으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고로출선통용 내화재의 제조방법.
