Claims (24)
- 송출가능하게 감겨있는 테이프(1)를 송출하는 공정, 상기 송출된 테이프(1)의 한쪽표면에 접착제(23)를 도포한 후 상기 접착제가 도포된 표면에 심지층(21)을 형성하는 공정, 상기 심지층(21)이 형성된 테이프(1)를 파이프(41) 형태로 성형가공하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 송출가능하게 감겨있는 테이프(1)를 송출하는 공정, 상기 송출된 테이프(1)의 한쪽표면에 접착제(23)를 도포한 후 상기 접착제가 도포된 표면에 심지층(21)을 형성하는 공정, 상기 심지층(21)이 형성된 테이프(1)를 파이프(41) 형태로 성형가공하는 공정, 상기 파이프형태로 성형가공된 히트파이프 소관(素管) (41)의 외측표면의 필요한 부분에 요철 형상을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 송출가능하게 감겨있는 테이프(1)를 송출하는 공정, 상기 송출된 테이프(1)의 한쪽표면에 접착제(23)를 도포한 후 상기 접착제가 도포된 표면에 심지층(21)을 형성하는 공정, 상기 심지층(21)이 형성된 테이프(1)를 파이프(41) 형태로 성형 가공하는 공정, 상기 파이프형태로 성형가공된 히트파이프 소관(41)을 진행시키면서 그의 외측 표면에 선택적으로 요철형상을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 송출가능하게 감겨있는 테이프(1)를 송출하는 공정, 상기 송출된 테이프(1)의 한쪽표면에 접착제(23)를 도포한 후 상기 접착제가 도포된 표면에 심지층(21)을 형성하는 공정, 상기 심지층(21)이 형성된 테이프를 파이프(41) 형태로 성형가공하는 공정, 상기 파이프형태로 성형가공된 히트파이프 소관(41)을 단속적으로 진행시켜서, 정지시에 그의 외측표면에 요철형상을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 송출가능하게 감겨있는 테이프(1)를 송출하는 공정, 상기 송출된 테이프(1)의 한쪽표면에 접착제(23)를 도포한 후 상기 접착제가 도포된 표면에 심지층(21)을 형성하는 공정, 상기 심지층(21)이 형성된 테이프를 파이프(41) 형태로 성형가공하는 공정, 상기 파이프형태로 성형가공된 히트파이프 소관(41)을 진행시키면서 그의 외측표면에 선택적으로 요철형상을 형성하고, 또한 상기 히트파이프 소관(41)을 단속적으로 진행시켜서, 정지시에 그의 외측표면에 요철형상을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 요철형상의 형성은, 요철 형상 형성수단(501, 502)이 상기 히트파이프 소관(41)의 외측표면을 선택적으로 압압함으로써 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테이프(1)는 금속테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테이프(1)는 플라스틱 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 심지층(21)은 무기질 또는 유기질의 섬유를 주체로 하는 망상, 직포상 또는 부직포상이며 접착에 의해 부착고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 심지층(21)은 무기질 또는 유기질의 분말상, 입상이며, 접착에 의해 부착고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 심지층(21)은 무기질 또는 유기질의 극단섬유이며, 접착에 의해 부착고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 심지층(21)은 무기질 또는 유기질의 분말립과 극단섬유와의 혼합물이고, 접착에 의해 부착고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 심지층(21)은 무기질 또는 유기질, 또는 무기질과 유기질이 복합된 고형선상체, 분말립이고, 접착에 의해 부착고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상의 종단면은 매끄러운 파상인 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상의 종단면은 홈상인 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상의 종단면은 산부와 골짜기부가 부풀어 오른 파상으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상은 나선형상으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상은 원주방향에 일정피치로 길이방향으로 복수개 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상은 원주방향을 향해서 설치되고, 길이방향에 일정피치로 복수개가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이 프관 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 요철형상은 히트파이프 소관(41)의 길이 외측표면에 연속 또는 단속적인 길이로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프관 제조방법.
- 금속테이프(1)의 합쳐진 부분(10)을 접합해서 이루어지는 파이프(41)와 그 내면에 접착제(23)로 인해 접착된 심지층(21)으로 이루어지는 히트파이프에 있어서, 파이프(41)의 주위에 반경방향 또는 경사방향으로, 외방철부의 파형의 크기를 내방요부의 파형의 크기보다 크게 한 Ω자상의 파형을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프.
- 금속테이프(1)의 합쳐진 부분(10)을 접합해서 이루어지는 파이프(41)와 그 내면에 접착제(23)로 인해 접착된 심지층(21)으로 이루어지는 히트파이프에 있어서, 파이프(41)의 외표면에 축방향 또는 사행하는 방향의 홈가공부가 일정간격으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프.
- 송출되는 테이프(1)의 한쪽표면에 접착제(23)를 도포한 후 상기 접착제가 도포된 표면에 심지층(21)을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 심지층(21)이 형성된 테이프(1)를 둥글게 하거나 때려말아서, 그 테이프의 합쳐진 부분(10)을 용접 또는 접착에 의해 접합함으로써 파이프형태로 성형가공하여 히트파이프 소관(41)을 제조하는 공정과, 상기 파이프형태로 성형가공된 히트파이프 소관(41)의 외표면에, 축방향 또는 사행하는 방향의 홈가공부를 일정간격마다 설치하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프 제조방법.
- 금속테이프(1)를 둥글게 하여 합쳐진 부분(10)을 접합해서 이루어지는 파이프(41)와 그 내면에 접착제(23)로 인해 접착된 심지층(21)으로 이루어지는 히트파이프에 있어서, 파이프(41)의 외표면의 주위에 반경방향 또는 경사방향으로, 외측에 간격을 두어서 파형 소철부 또는 소요부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 히트파이프.
