Abstract

밀폐뚜껑은 용기몸체상에 성형틀로써 설계되어 있으며, 밀폐뚜껑과 용기 몸체로 에워쌓인 볼륨은 용기내에 충전된 제품의 볼륨과 거의 같다 음식물은 유동 상태로 용기 몸체내에 놓여진다. 그런후 용기의 상부 엣지에대해 리세스된 밀폐뚜껑은 용기 몸체에 놓여지고 예정된 구조체를 얻기위해 음식물로 충진된 표면을 성형한다. 음식물이 그것의 표면이 밀폐뚜껑에 의해 만들어진 형상을 영구적으로 유지하도록 고체 상태로 냉각된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 제조시 초기의 유동상태에서의 최종 고체 상태까지 내용물이 변하고, 용기에서부터 직접 스푼과 같은 용구의 도움으로 먹혀질 수 있는 종류의 음식물의 예정 볼륨의 수납에 적합하고, 바닥, 측벽부재와 밀폐뚜껑을 가지는 용기 몸체를 포함하는 음식물 수납 용기에 있어서, 상기 밀폐뚜껑은 음식물의 성형틀로 설계되고 용기가 밀폐뚜껑의 제거에 의해 개방될 때 상부면의 영구적인 구조적 형상을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 수납 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐뚜껑은 외부와 내부 표면과 폐쇄체를 가지며 주어진 내부용기 볼륨상에 위치될 때 용기몸체와 함께 형상을 결정하며, 상기 내부 용기 볼륨은 용기 몸체상에 놓인 밀폐뚜껑의 내부면이 적어도 유동상태의 음식물로 충진되고 그러므로 고체 상태에 도달할 때 밀폐뚜껑의 내부면에 의해 영구적인 구조형상이 결정되도록 용기내에 충진된 음식물의 볼륨과 거의 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 수납 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐뚜껑은 용기 몸체 돌출부에 놓일 때 용기의 바닥을 향하거나 멀어지게되는 팽창영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 수납용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐뚜껑을 원주림을 포함하고 상기 측벽부재는 내부면과 상부 자유 엣지에 있는 원주림을 포함하고, 밀폐뚜껑의 원주림은 용기위에 놓여지면 측벽부재의 원주림과 접촉하며, 상기 밀폐뚜껑은 그것은 측벽부재의 원주림에 인접한 용기몸체의 측벽부재의 내부면의 영역과 밀봉되게 접촉하도록 밀폐뚜껑의 원주림에 대해 임의의 각으로 연장하는 벽을 포함하며, 밀폐부재가 용기 몸체상에 놓여질 때 상기 벽은 용기 몸체의 바닥을 향하는 방향으로 측벽부재의 내부면의 상기 영역을 따라 연장하므로써, 용기몸체의 내부 공간을 밀폐하는 밀폐뚜껑의 적어도 일부분은 밀폐뚜껑의 원주림에 대해 리세스되어 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 수납 용기.
  5. 제조시 초기의 유동상태에서 최종 고체 상태까지 내용물이 변하고, 용기에서부터 직접 스푼과 같은 용구의 도움으로 먹혀질 수 있는 종류의 음식물의 예정 볼륨의 수납에 적합하고, 바닥, 측벽부재와 밀폐뚜껑을 가지는 용기 몸체를 포함하고, 상기 밀폐뚜껑이 음식물의 성형틀로 설계되고 용기가 밀폐뚜껑의 제거에 의해 개방될 때 상부면의 영구적인 구조적 형상을 제조하는 음식물을 성형하여 형상하는 방법에있어서, 유동 상태로 음식물을 용기 몸체로 충진시키는 단계와, 음식물이 고체 상태로 되기전에 밀폐뚜껑을 용기 몸체위에 놓는 단계와, 유동 상태로 충진된 음식물이 밀폐뚜껑과 접촉하도록 용기를 회전시키는 단계를 포함하므로, 밀폐뚜껑은 음식물의 표면의 예정된 구조 형상을 만들고, 상기 구조 형상은 음식물이 고체상태로된 후 그대로 남아 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형성 방법.
