Claims (3)
- 피측정체에 체결하기 위한 나사(1a)를 갖춘 케이스(1)와, 상기 케이스(1)에 장착되어서 밀폐공간을 형성하는 하우징(5)과, 원판상의 압전소자(3)가 접착되고 주변부를 상기 케이스(1)와 상기 하우징(5) 사이에 끼워 고정한 금속원판으로 된 진동판(2)을 구비하는 진동검출기에 있어서, 주변부에 복수개의 벤자리(2c)를 원주등간격으로 형성하고 있는 상기 진동판을 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동검출기.
- 판상의 압전소자(3)를 진동판(2)에 고착하여 진동검출부를 형성하고, 상기 진동판(2)의 외주부를 고정하여 조립한 진동검출기에 있어서, 상기 외주부의 전주에서 고정되고 상기 외주부의 내측에 복수개의 벤자리부(12c)가 형성되어 있는 상기 진동판을 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동검출기.
- 진동판에 원판상의 압전소자(3)를 접합하여서 된 진동-전기변환부를 갖춘 진동검출기의 고유진동주파수(fo)를 상기 압전소자(3)가 접합되어 있지 않은 상기 진동판의 외주부 위에 벤자리(2c)를 형성하고, 이 벤자리의 깊이(D2)에 의하여 고유진동주파수 설계치(fr)에 맞추는 진동검출기의 고유진동주파수 조정방법.
