Claims (3)
- 정련용 용기내에 수용된 용융금속에, 상기 정련용 용기의 외부둘레부에 설치된 회전자장 발생장치에 의해 수평회전흐름을 부여하면서, 동시에 상기 정련용 용기의 외부둘레부에 설치된 저주파 또는 고주파전자(電磁)유도 가열장치에 의해 용융금속을 전자유도 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속의 비금속 함유물 제거방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전자유도 가열을 중지시키고 용융금속에 상기 수평회전 흐름을 부여하므로써 비금속 함유물의 분리를 촉진하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속의 비금속 함유물 제거방법.
- 용융금속을 수용하는 정련용 용기의 외측원주를 다수의 단편들로 분할하여, 그 분할부에 상기 정련용 용기내에 수용된 용융금속에 수평회전 흐름을 부여하는 회전자장 발생장치와 ; 상기 용융금속을 전자유도 가열하는 저주파 또는 고주파 전자유도 가열장치를 번갈아 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속의 비금속 함유물 제거장치.
