Claims (10)
- 강철 기판체와 그곳에 접착된 이중 보호 피복물을 포함하며, 상기 피복물은 희생 금속 초벌과 세라믹 재료의 덧칠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판체는 가스 터빈 엔진 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판체는 가스 터빈 엔진 압축기 블레이드이며, 희생 초벌은 알루미늄, 아연, 가드늄, 마그네슘 및 그 합금으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 희생 초벌은 니켈-카드늄 일차 피복물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 희생 초벌은 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 초벌은 2mil 이하의 균일한 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 니켈-카드늄 일차 피복물은 0.2 내지 0.4mil 사이의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 복합 제품.
- 블레이드를 부식성 분위기에서 사용할 수 있도록 이중 보호 피복물을 갖는 강철 가스 터빈 엔진 압축기의 블레이드 제조 방법에 있어서, 액체 부형제 안에서 알루미늄 입자 슬러리로 블레이드를 피복하는 단계와, 상기 피복된 피복물을 건조하는 단계와, 상기 피복물을 연마하여 블레이드 표면과 전기 전도성으로 접촉시켜 알루미늄 입자를 응집체로 경화시키는 단계와, 세라믹 피복물로 블레이드상에 알루미늄 일차 피복물을 덮는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리는 알루미늄 입자가 참가된 크롬산과 인산으로 구성되며, 상기 연마 단계는, 미립자 알루미늄 피복물을 글래스 비이드 블래스팅하는 것으로써, 알루미늄 일차 피복물상에 다공성골격 세라믹체를 형성하여 세라믹 덮개를 제공하는 단계와, 가열되면 산화물로 전환될 수 있는 크롬 화합물 용액으로 상기 다공성 세라믹체를 함침시키는 단계와, 상기 피복된 함침 세라믹체를 건조 및 경화하는 단계와, 상기 세라믹체를 경화 및 농축시키도록 상기 함침 및 경화 단계를 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 각각의 경화 단계는 크롬 화합물의 산화물 변환이 완료될 때까지 상기 함침 다공성 세라믹체를 260 내지 290℃ 사이의 온도로 가열하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
