Claims (9)
- 한쌍의 판상 자성코어를 접합하고 이 접합부에 갭부를 형성한 한쌍의 헤드칩을, 각각의 갭부를 동일평면 상에 배설함과 동시에 양 헤드칩 간에 시일드부를 끼워서 일체로 고정한 자기헤드에 있어서, 각각의 헤드칩을 구성하는 한쌍의 자성코어가 양 갭부를 포함한 평면에 대하여 팽행한 면 내에서 서로 겹쳐서 고정되고, 각각의 자성코어가 두부가 트랙폭에 따라 가는 폭으로 형성됨과 동시에 상기 두부와는 반대측의 자성코어 단부가 넓은 폭으로 형성되고 이 넓은 폭 부분에 있어서 한쌍의 자성코어의 한쪽이상에는 상대 자성코어로 향해서 축부가 돌출 형성되며, 이 축부에 코일이 권장되어 있고, 상기 갭부를 포함한 평면의 양측에 이 평면과 평행해서 한쌍의 헤드칩 상으로 각각의 기판이 설치되어 있고, 상기 한쌍의 기판 두부가 상기 자성코어의 두부와 동일한 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코일이 절연성자재로 이루어진 베이스 필름, 이 베이스 필름상에 와권상으로 형성된 띠형 도체, 및 이 도체를 피복하는 절연막으로 이루어진 시이트상의 성형품이고, 중앙부에는 자성코어의 축부가 꼭끼일 구멍이 개설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코일이 절연성자재로 이루어진 베이스 필름, 이 베이스 필름상에 와권상으로 형성된 띠형 도체, 및 이 도체를 피복하는 절연막으로 이루어진 시이트상 코일편을 여러장 겹치고, 띠형 도체의 단부를 서로 전기적으로 접속한 다층 구조를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일드부가 양 헤드칩을 구성하는 한쌍의 자성코어의 두부간에 전면에서 절입부를 요설하고, 이 절입부에 시일드재를 충전함으로써 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시일드부가 한쌍의 축부 간을 공간적으로 차단하는 시일드판이 자성코어의 후부에 장전되어서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 자성금속 재료에 의해서 형성되고, 양 기판과 자성코어와의 접합면에 각각 전기 절연층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 자성금속재료에 의해서 형성되고, 양 기판과 자성코어와의 접합면에 각각 전자 시일드층 및 전기 절연층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 기판 및 상기 헤드칩의 갭부 배열방향의 양측에 각각 자성체 블럭이 고정되고, 각각의 헤드칩마다. 헤드칩, 자성체 블럭, 양 기판을 통하는 자로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 고도의 평면도를 갖는 표면을 구비하여 일단의 빗살형의 복수의 절입부를 갖는 한쌍의 자성판을 각각 기판 상에 접합하는 공정, 한쪽의 자성판 표면에, 빗살형 절입부와는 반대측의 단부를 따라서 빗살형 절입부의 홈저부를 포함한 폭으로 흡 가공을 행하고, 자성판의 단면을 따라서 뻗은 1개의 돌조부와, 이 돌조부를 따라 서로 이간하여 나란히 복수의 돌출부를 형성하는 공정, 상기 돌조부의 표면에 비자성 스페이서를 형성하는 공정, 상기 돌출부에 코일을 권장하는 공정, 상기 양 자성판을 비자성 스페이서를 끼우고 서로 겹쳐서 접합해서 합체물을 형성하는 공정, 및 상기 합체물의 돌조부측의 단면에, 돌출부의 배열 핏치의 2개의 핏치로 한쌍의 돌출부의 사이에 침입하여 합체물의 두께 방향으로 뻗어나는 흠 가공을 행하여 절입부를 형성함과 동시에 각각의 절입부의 사이를 도려내어 요부를 설치함으로써 절입부를 각각 구비한 복수의 철부를 형성하는 공정, 상기 절입부에 대하여 자기 시일드재를 충전하는 공정 및 상기 합체물을 각각의 철부마다 분단하여 복수의 자기헤드 단체를 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
