가입자 실장정보 로딩방법

본 발명은 원격 검침 시스템에 있어서 가입자 정보 로딩(loading) 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 검침 쎈터(Host) 컴퓨터에 들어있는 가입자 데이타 베이스를 정보로하여 교환기 정합 장치에 가입자 실장 정보를 제공함으로써 각 가입자를 제어할 수 있도록 하는 원격 검침 센터에서의 가입자 실장정보 로딩 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 가입자 실장 정보란 교환기 정합 장치에 연결된 가입자 인터페이스의 실장 유무에 관한 데이타 정보를 말한다. 이 실장 정보를 토대로 상기 교환기 정합 장치에서는 각 가입자 인터페이스를 연결 및 기타 제어를 하므로 없어서는 안되는 중요한 데이타이다.
그런데 상기 가입자 실장정보는 상기 교환기 정합 장치내의 메모리에 해당 가입자가 실상 상태이면 "1"상태로 들어있고, 실장되어 있지 않으면 "0"의 상태로 들어있다.
종래의 경우 가입자 실장정보 로드 방법은 가입자 정합 장치에 접속된 콘솔(console) 터미널을 통하여 한 가입자씩 일일이 입력하는 방식을 채택하고 있었으므로 작업시간의 과다소요(최대 19200 가입자정보)는 물론이고 입력상의 오류로 인한 혼돈의 우려가 발생되었다. 뿐만 아니라 실제 시스템의 가입자 총 정보는 호스트 컴퓨터에 들어 있으므로 실제 데이타 베이스상의 가입자 정보와 입력하는 가입자 데이타 상의 상이성이 발생하곤 하는 문제점도 있었다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 가입자 실장 정보를 로드할시 검침 시스템을 중합적으로 관장하는 호스트 컴퓨터의 가입자 데이타 베이스를 정보로하여 가입자 실장 정보를 구성하고 교환기 정합장치에 자동 전달하는 원격 검침 센터에서의 가입자 실장 정보 로딩 방법을 제공함에 있다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 시스템 구성도로써, 가입자 실장정보와 검침 명령을 전달하고 검침 결과를 수집관리하는 호스트 컴퓨터(10)와, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)를 운영하는 검침 센터 터미널(11)과, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)와 인터페이스되어 가입자를 스캐닝 함으로써 원격 검침과 원격정보 및 가입자 실장 정보제공 등의 각종 서비스 수행을 위한 통신로를 형성하는 교환기 정합장치(20)와, 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)의 가입자 스케닝 신호에 의해 해당 가입자와 통신로를 연결하는 멀티 플랙서(30)와, 상기 멀티플랙서(30)에 접속되며 교환 기능을 수행하는 교환기(31)와, 미터기(40)로부터 입력된 미터값은 적산하는 가입자 인터페이스부(50)와, 상기 멀티플랙서(31)와 가입자 인터페이스(50)간에 설치되는 전화기(32)로 구성된다.
제 2 도는 본 발명의 통신 수순도로써, 호스트 컴퓨터(10)와 교환기 정합장치(20)의 통신 회선라인의 상태를 체크하는 제 1 과정(100-101)과, 통신 회선라인이 양호하면 가입자 실장정보 텍스트(TEXT)를 전송하는 제 2 과정(102-104)과, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)에서 받은 가입자 실장 정보를 교환기 정합장치(20)의 메모리에 저장하는 제 3 과정으로 이루어진다.
제 3 도는 제 2 도의 가입자 실장정보 로딩 프로토콜에 따른 상세 흐름도이다.
상술한 구성에 의거 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다.
우선 검침 센터인 호스트 컴퓨터(10)에서 교환기 정합장치(20)에 가입자 실장 정보를 전달하는 동작을 설명하면 하기와 같다.
(A1)단계에서 호스트 컴퓨터(10)는 검침센터의 터미널(11)로부터 시스템 운용자가 입력하는 가입자 실장 정보를 받아 들인다. 상기와 같이 가입자 실장 정보를 받아 들인 후 (A2)단계에서 구성된 가입자 실장 정보를 입력하여 가입자 데이타 베이스를 구성한다.
상기 데이타 베이스의 작업후에는 (A3)단계로 진행하여 상기 가입자 데이타 베이스로부터 가입자 정보를 읽어 가입자 실장 정보 메세지를 구성한다.
상기 (A3)단계에서 가입자 실장 정보 메세지의 구성이 종료되었으면 (A4)단계로 진행하여 가입자 실장 정보 로드 명령 수신요구 신호를 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)로 전송한다. 이때 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)에서는 (B1)단계에서 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)로 부터의 명령 수신요구를 제대로 받았는가를 체크한다(이상은 제 2 도에 도시된 가입자 실장 정보 로딩 프로토콜의 제 1 단계(100-101)에 해당한다.). 상기 (B1)단계에서 제대로 수신요구를 접수한 상태이면 (B2)단계로 진행하여 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)로 정상 응답(ACK)을 전송한다. 이때 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)는 (A5)단계에서 정상 응답수신 여부를 체크하여 정상 응답이 수신되었음이 판명되면 (46)단계로 진행하여 가입자 실장정보 로드 명령 택스트를 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)로 전송한다.
한편, 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)는 (B3)단계에서 가입자 실장 정보 텍스트가 정상수신 되었는지 확인하여 정상적으로 텍스트가 수신되었음이 판명되면 (B4)단계로 진행하여 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)로 정상 응답(ACK)을 전송한다. 그러나 정상적으로 텍스트가 수신되지 않았을 경우에는 (B5)단계로 진행하여 부정 응답(NAE) 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)로 전송한다(이상은 제 2 도에 도시된 가입자 실장 정보 로딩 프로토콜의 제 2 단계(102-104)에 해당한다.). (B4)단계에서 정상 응답을 전송한 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)는 호스트 컴퓨터(10)로부터 받은 가입자 실장 정보를 메모리에 저장하는 실제 작업을 수행한다(이상은 제 2 도에 도시된 가입자 실장 정보 로딩 프로토콜의 제 3 단계에 해당한다.). 이후 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)는 (A7)단계에서 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)로부터의 정상 응답(ACK) 수신 여부를 체크하여 정상 응답이 수신된 경우 더 이상의 가입자 실장 정보 로드 실행이 있는지를 체크하여 계속있는 경우는 전술한 작업을 반복 실행하고 없으면 작업을 종료한다.
상술한 바와 같이 원격 검침 시스템에서의 가입자 실장 정보를 교환기 정합장치에 자동 공급함으로써 콘솔 터미널을 통해 가입자 실장 정보를 1가입자씩 일일이 입력할 경우의 입력 오류를 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 소요시간을 절약할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

  1. 가입자 데이터 베이스로부터 가입자 실장 정보 메세지를 구성할 수 있는 호스트 컴퓨터(10)와 교환기 정합장치(20)를 구비한 원격 검침 시스템에서 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)로부터 교환기 정합장치(20)로 가입자 실장 정보를 로딩하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)가 교환기 정합장치(20)로 가입자 실장 정보 로드 명령 수신 요구를 전송하여 통신 회선라인의 상태를 체크하는 제 1 과정(100-101)과, 통신 회선라인이 양호하면 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(110)로부터 상기 교환기 정합장치(20)로 가입자 실장정보 텍스트를 전송하는 제 2 과정(102-104)과, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터(10)에서 받은 가입자 실장 정보를 교환기 정합장치(20)의 메모리에 저장하는 제 3 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가입자 실장정보 로딩방법.
