Claims (7)
- 복수의 스풀보어(12a-13c ; 42a, 43a), 하나의 공통의 펌프포트(19), 최소한 하나의 탱크포트(16t) 및 각 스풀보어에 연락하는 2개의 액튜에이터포트를 포함하는 복수의 액튜에이터포트(22a-25c)가 형성된 케이싱(11 ; 41)과, 상기 케이싱의 스풀보어에 슬라이드가능하게 삽입되고, 각각 상기 공통의 펌프포트 및 탱크포트와 상기 2 개의 액튜에이터포트와의 연통을 제어하며, 클로즈드센터형의 방향전환밸브를 구성하는 복수의 스풀(14a-15c ; 44a-45c)를 가진 밸브장치에 있어서, 상기 복수의 스풀보어는 최소한 1조의 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a, 13a ; 42a, 43a)를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 스풀은 상기 스풀보어에 대응하여 최소한 1조의 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀(14a, 15a ; 44a, 45a)을 포함하며, 상기 공통의 펌프포트(19)는 상기 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어 및 스풀의 사이에서 이들 스풀보어의 중심축이 위치하는 평면에 교차하도록 형성된 공통의 펌프라인(18)에 연락하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통의 펌프라인(18)은 상기 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a, 13a ; 42a, 43a)의 중심축이 위치하는 평면에 직교하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 스풀보어는 각 조의 스풀보어의 중심축이 복수의 병렬로 배치된 평면의 각각에 위치하는 복수조의 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a-13c ; 42a, 43a)를 포함하며, 상기 공통의 펌프라인(18)은 각각의 조의 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a, 13a 등 ; 42a, 43a)의 사이에서 상기 복수의 병렬로 배치된 평면도 교차하는 것을 특징으로 한는 밸브장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 스풀보어(12a-13c ; 42a, 43a)에 연락하는 상기 2개의 액튜에이터포트(22a, 23a 등)는 상기 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a, 13a 등 ; 42a, 43a)에 삽입된 스풀(14a, 15a 등 ; 44a, 45a)의 상호 대향하는 측과는 반대측에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통의 펌프라인(18)은 상기 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a, 13a 등 ; 42a, 43a)와 각각 분기라인(20a-21c)을 통해서 연락하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀(14a, 15a ; 44a, 45a)은 건설차량의 한쌍의 주행모터를 제어하는 방향전환밸브를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 유압펌프(30)와, 상기 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 유압액튜에이터(32-37)와, 상기 유압펌프로부터 상기 복수의 액튜에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 각각 제어하는 복수의 클로즈드센터형의 방향전환밸브(44a-45c)와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력과 상기 복수의 액튜에이터의 최대부하압력과의 차압을 규정치로 유지하는 압력보상수단(70)을 구비한 유압구동장치에 있어서, 최소한 1조의 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어(12a, 13a 등 ; 42a, 43a), 상기 유압펌프(30)에 접속된 공통의 펌프포트(19) 최소한 하나의 탱크포트(16t) 및 상기 복수의 액튜에이터(32-37)의 각각에 접속되고, 각 스풀보어에 연락하는 2개의 액튜에이터포트를 포함하는 복수의 액튜에이터포트(22a, 23a 등)가 형성된 케이싱(11 ; 41)과, 상기 케이싱의 스풀보어에 슬라이드가능하게 삽입되고, 각각 상기 공통의 펌프포트 및 탱크포트와 상기 2개의 액튜에이터포트와의 연통을 제어하는 최소한 1조의 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀(14a, 15a 등 ; 44a, 45a)를 포함하며, 상기 공통의 펌프포트는 상기 2개의 병렬로 배치된 스풀보어 및 스풀의 사이에서 이들 스풀보어의 중심축이 위치하는 평면에 교차하도록 형성된 공통의 펌프라인(18)에 연락하고 있는 밸브장치(10 ; 40)를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 클로즈드센터형의 방향전환밸브를 이 밸브장치에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
