Claims (14)
- 베이어 용액인 염기성 용액(A)를 치환된 히드록시퀴놀린의 군에 속하는 화합물로 부터 선택된 갈륨 추출제를 함유하는, 갈륨 추출제의 유기용액 및 갈륨 추출제가 함침된 다공질 지지체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 매질(Ⅰ)과 접촉시켜, 염기성 용액으로부터 상기 매질 갈륨을 통과시키고, 상기 매질로부터 수성상과 접촉시킴에 의해 수성상으로 갈륨을 재추출하는, 갈륨을 함유하는 상기 염기성 용액(A)로부터 갈륨의 회수 방법에 있어서, ⅰ)갈륨의 재추출을 위한 수성상으로서 OH-이온 농도가 4N∼20N인 염기성 수용액(B)을 사용하고, ⅱ)갈륨으로 적재된 상기 염기성 수용액(B)을 상기 갈륨 추출제를 함유하는, 갈륨 추출제의 유기용액 및 갈륨 추출제가 함침된 다공질 지지체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 제2매질(Ⅱ)와 접촉시켜, 상기 수용액(B)로부터 매질(Ⅱ)로 갈륨을 통과시키고, 및 ⅲ)수성상(B) 및 매질(Ⅱ)를 분리한 후, 갈륨을 추출하기 위해 후자를 황산, 질산 및 염산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 산을 함유하는 산 수용액 및 강염기 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 수용액(C)와 접촉시키고, 갈륨으로 적재된 산 수용액을 매질(Ⅱ)로 부터 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액(C)는 6N∼11N의 H+이온 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공질 지지체는 합성 수지 및 활성탄으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 합성 수지는 이온 흡착 또는 교환 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는 치환기가 적어도 하나의 이중결합을 함유하는 치환된 히드록시퀴놀린임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는 치환기가 포화된 치환된 히드록시퀴놀린임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에, 제4항 및 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추출제는 치환된 히드록시퀴놀린의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방벙.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 수용액(A) 및 (B)는 수산화나트륨 용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액(B)는 매질(Ⅱ)와 접촉시키기 전에 희석시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 ⅱ)로 부터의 출구에서 갈륨이 제거된 염기성 수용액(B)는 갈륨 추출 후에 염기성 용액(A)로 적어도 부분적으로 재순환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 수용액(B)는 상기 재순환 전에 농축시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 갈륨 재추출 후 매질(Ⅱ)을 형성하는 추출제 용액은 염기성 용액(A)와 접촉시키기 전에, 매질(Ⅰ)을 형성하는 추출제 용액 중으로 적어도 부분적으로 재순환함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 ⅲ)으로 부터 회수된 갈륨으로 적재된 수용액을 정제함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항 및 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 ⅲ)으로 부터 회수된 갈륨으로 적재된 수용액을 갈륨 또는 화합물의 제조를 위한 출발 물질로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
