Claims (3)
- L-에스테르와 α-아미노 그룹과 에스테르화 카복실 그룹의 가수분해를 각각 촉진시켜주는 아실라제 촉매와 에스테라제 촉매의 존재하에서 α 탄소원자가 키랄성인 천연 α-아미노산의 α-아미노산 하이드로카빌 에스테르 유도체의 L-이성체와 D 이성체의 혼합물중의 L-이성체만을 상기 효소들을 이용하여 선택적으로 가수분해한 다음, L-α-아미노산의 D-α-아미노산 거울상 이성체를 거의 함유하지 않은 D-α-아미노산 하이드로카빌 에스테르 유도체와 혼합된 L-α-아미노산 이성체를 회수함을 특징으로 하여, N-아실아미노산 에스테르를 입체 선택적으로 가수분해하는 방법(여기서, 하이드로카빌은 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹 또는 벤질 그룹이고 아미노 그룹의 카보닐 그룹에 부착된 그룹은 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹, 벤질, 수소, 페닐, 벤질옥시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 트리페닐이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 두 효소를 모두 고체 지지체상에 고정화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 효소를 고체 지지체상에 고정화시키는 방법.
