Claims (7)
- 구동력을 입력받는 회전축(11)에 스프라인으로 된 입력선기어(11G)를 형성하는 동시에 이 회전축(11)외부에는 양단에 선기어(16G,16G')가 형성된 중공의 전달축(16)을 회전 가능하도록 삽입 장착하여 이 전달축(16)에 변속 조정링기어(18)와 캐리어(17)를 회전 가능하도록 삽입 장착하고 또 회전축(11)의 선단에는 관축부(12A)가 형성된 공회전기어(12)를 회전 가능하도록 삽입 설치하여 이 공회전기어(12)의 관축부(12A)에 피동축(14)가 일체로 형성된 출력링기어(15)와 캐리어(13)를 회전 가능하도록 삽입 장착하며 캐리어(13,17)는 고정핀(20)으로 연결 고정하되 이 고정핀(20)에는 상기 입력선기어(11G)와 변속 조정링기어(18)에 상시 치합되는 제1차동기어(21)를 회전 가능하도록 설치하고, 이 제1차동기어(21)에는 제2차동기어(22)를 상기 치합되도록 설치하되 제2차동기어(22)의 외측으로는 상기 출력링기어(15)가 상시 치합되도록 장착되며, 전달축(16)의 선기어(16G)에는 변속부 유성기어(23)가 상기 치합되도록 하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속 조정링기어(18)에 관축보스부(18A)를 형성하여 이 관축보스부(18A)에 제1브레이크 시스템(19)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2차동기어(22)와 변속부 유성기어(23)는 단일의 몸체(24)에 형성하여 이 몸체(24)를 캐리어(13,17)에 회전 가능하도록 삽입 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1차동기어(21)는 전반부가 변속 조정링기어(18)에 상시 치합되고 후반부가 제2차동기어(22)에 상시 치합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2차동기어(22)의 후반부는 출력링기어(15)와 상시 치합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 구동력이 입력되는 입력축(11)에 고속부입력 선기어(11G')를 일체로 형성하고 이 입력축(11)에는 고정링기어(34)와 캐리어(32)가 회전하도록 설치하는 동시에 고속전달축(16)에는 고속 조정링기어(36)와 캐리어(37)를 회전 가능하도록 설치하여 이들 각 캐리어(32,37)를 고정핀(33)으로 연결 고정하되, 이 고정핀(33)에는 내측으로 고속부 입력선기어(11G')에 치합되면서 외측으로 고정링기어(34)에 상시 치합되는 제1유성기어(31)를 회전 가능하도록 설치하고 또 내측으로 전달축(16)의 고속부선기어(16G')와 치합되면서 외축으로 구속 조정링기어(36)에 항시 치합되는 제2유성기어(35)가 회전 가능하도록 설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고속장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고속조정링기어(36)에 관축보스부(36A)를 형성하여 이 관축보스부(36A)에 제2브레이크 시스템(38)이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속장치.
