Claims (3)
- C : 0.06%이하, Si : 1 내지 4%, Mn : 0.5 내지 4%, P : 0.035%이하, S : 0.005%이하, Ni : 10 내지 17%, Cr : 14 내지 20%, Mo : 1 내지 4%, Al : 0.01 내지 0.5%, N : 0.035% 이하, 한개 이상의 Nb, Ti 및 V : 전체중에서 0 내지 0.5%, Cu : 0 내지 2.5%, 한개이상의 REM : 0 내지 0.1%, B : 0 내지 0.02%를 함유하며, 발랜스는 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물인데, 여기서 Si 및 Mo의 함유 합계량은 다음식 즉,(Si%+Mo%)≥3% ……………………………………………………(1)(2.5 Si%+Mo%)0≤11% ……………………………………………(2)D값=(Cr%+1.5 Si%+Mo%+3 Al%+2.6 Ti%+0.5 Nb%+0.5 V%)…(3)-(Ni%+30 C%+30 N%+2 Cu%+0.5 Mn%)을 만족하며, 이때 철의 B내용물은 적어도 0.0005%이거나, 또는 철의 REM내용물은 적어도 0.005%이거나, 또는 다르게 D값이 7 내지 11이고, 상기 강철은 용접부의 내 염 유해 부식성 및 열간 가공성에 뛰어난 것을 특징으로 내열용 오스테나이트계 스텐레스강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강철의 Cu내용물은 0.5 내지 2.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열용 오스테나이트계 스텐레스강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강철은 전체중에 0 내지 0.5%량으로 한개 이상의 Nb, Ti 및 V를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열용 오스테나이트계 스텐레스강.
