Claims (9)
- 정전기 도장장치의 동작조절방법으로서, 접지전위로 유지된 도전성 도장재료가 분무장치에 의해서 분무되는 단계와, 가변성 고전압을 발생시키는 고압발전기로부터 상기 분무장치의 전극들로 작동전류 및 전압을 공급함으로써 상기 도장재료가 상기 분무장치 둘레의 코로나 방전지역에서 상기 전극들에 의해 충전되는 단계와, 그리고 상기 작동전류를 측정하는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법에 있어서, 상기 도장장치가 작동하는 중에 상기 작동전류를 적어도 하나의 소정치로 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동전류가 일정한 하나의 소정치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극들로 공급되는 전압을 조절함으로써 상기 작동전류를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극들로 공급되는 작동전류를 가변하는 환경조건의 함수로써 변화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극들로 공급되는 전압을 대기중의 습도의 함수로써 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극들로 공급되는 전압이 소정의 한계치 이하로 떨어지는 것을 결정하기 위해서 상기 도장장치의 작동을 모니터하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극들로 공급되는 전압이 상기 작동전류를 조절하는 단계에서 우발적으로 급속하게 변화하면 경고신호를 발생하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동전류가 소정의 시간내에 소정의 허용치 이상으로 변화하면 경고신호를 발생시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극들로 공급되는 작동전류가 일정하게 유지되는 소정치에 이를때까지 상기 작동전류를 상기 전극들로 공급되는 전압에 따른 기준치와 비교하여 모니터하는 단계와, 상기 작동전류가 허용치를 넘어서거나 허용치 이하로 떨어지면 경고신호를 발생하는 단계와, 그리고 상기 작동전류가 아무런 사고없이 소정치에 도달하면 상기 도장장치를 상기 소정치의 작동전류로 스위치온 시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
