Claims (6)
- 중량%로, Si : 2.50~4.00%, Mn : 0.030~0.150%, Cu : 0.030~0.300%, P : 0.020~0.200% 및 잔부 Fe로 조성되는 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로, Cu : 0.050~0.150%, 및 P : 0.040~0.120%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로, Cu/P값이 0.50~3.0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판.
- 제1항에서 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종 두께가 0.15~0.27mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판.
- 중량%로, C : 0.030~0.100%, Si : 2.50~4.00%, Mn : 0.030~0.150%, S : 0.010~0.050%, 산가용성 Al : 0.010~0.050%, N : 0.003~0.012% 및 잔부 Fe로 이루어진 규소강에 용강단계에서 Cu : 0.030~0.300% 및 P : 0.020~0.200%를 복합첨가하여 규소강 슬라브를 제조하고 ; 상기 규소강 슬라브를 통상의 방법으로 열간압연, 석출소둔, 산세, 냉간압연, 탈탄소둔, 소둔분리제 도포 및 고온소둔하는 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 최종 두께가 0.15~0.27mm인 냉간압연판이 얻어지도록 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기특성이 우수한 방향성 전기강판의 제조방법.
