Claims (6)
- 파쇄면(a)과 파쇄면(b)과 파쇄면(b)사이에 연속적으로 재료를 맞물려 분쇄해가는 분쇄기의 파쇄면 부재(A,B)에 있어서, 적어도 표층부분에 내마모성이 다른 두 종류의 블럭(1,2)이 상기 파쇄면(a,b)상에서 재료가 맞물려 들어가는 방향(X)으로 교대로 배열되어 있고, 내마모성이 낮은 블럭(2)의 폭(w')은 내마모성이 높은 블럭(1)의 폭(W)에 대하여 0.1xW 내지 1.0XW를 만족하고, 또한 사용시의 마모에 따라 내마모성이 낮은 블럭(2)에 발생하는 오목부의 깊이(ℓ)가 0.5 내지 5mm로 구성되도록 양 블럭의 내마모성 및 깊이가 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기용 파쇄면 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블럭(1,2)의 배열 방향(Y)은 파쇄면(a,b)상에서 재료가 맞물려 들어가는 방향(X)에 대해 평행, 혹은 45도 이하의 각도(θ)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기용 파쇄면 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내마모성이 높은 블럭(1)은 미리 성형된 블럭으로서 내마모성이 낮은 블럭(2) 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기용 파쇄면 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내마모성이 높은 블럭(1)은 내마모성이 낮은 블럭(2)사이에 패딩용접, 용사패딩 또는 주조함에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기용 파쇄면 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내마모성이 낮은 블럭(2)은 파쇄면부(A,B)의 기질부분(3)과 일체로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄기용 파쇄면 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내마모성이 낮은 블럭(2)은 파쇄면 부재(A,B)의 기질 부분(3)과 별도의 부재로서, 파쇄면 부재(A,B)의 기질부분(3)에 고착되어 있는 것을 특지응로 하는 파쇄면 부재.
