Claims (1)
- 펄스폭 제어부(5)의 구동신호에 따라 스위칭 소자가 발진하여 트랜스의 2차측에 설정된 전원전압을 발생시키고, 온도감지부(6)의 발진정지 및 개시신호에 따라 펄스폭 제어부(5)가 스위칭 소자의 동작을 제어하도록 된 스위치모드 전원공급장치에 있어서, 상용전원의 제로 크로스점에서 동기신호를 발생시키는 전원동기신호 발생부(7)와, 스위칭소자의 동작종료신호나 상기 온도감지부(6) 및 전원동기신호 발생부(7)의 출력신호에 따라 상용전원의 제로 크로스점에 동기한 발진정지신호를 출력하는 오프신호 발생부(8)와, 스위칭소자의 동작신호나 오프신호발생부(8) 및 전원동기신호 발생부(7)의 출력신호에 따라 상용전원의 제로 크로스점에 동기한 발진개시신호를 펄스폭 제어부(5)로 출력하는 온신호발생부(9)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치의 스위칭소자 보호회로.
