Claims (16)
- 제1부분(1)이 제1매개물(4)을 거쳐 더 큰 직경의 제2부분(2)과 연결되고, 흐름측에서 볼 때 정면을 가진 벌집모양체(6;7)가 제1매개물(4)로 부터 아래로 배열되고, 어느 한 각, 바람직하게는 약 90°로 굴곡된, 여러부분(1,2,3)으로 이루어진 배기관에 있어서, 제1매개체(4)는 나선 및/또는 와선 형상의 정면으로 배기가스를 공급하도록 형성되며, 방향 전환된 배기가스가 제1매개물(4)로 유입되는 배기가스와 만나지 않거나 또는 매우 소량 만나도록 나선 및 와선의 굴곡과 기울기가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1부분(1)이 제1매개물(4)을 거쳐 더 큰 직경의 제2부분(2)과 연결되고, 흐름측에서 볼때 정면을 가진 벌집모양체(6;7)가 제1매개물(4)로 부터 아래로 배열되고, 어느 한 각 바람직하게는 약 90°로 굴곡된, 여러부분(1,2,3)으로 이루어진 배기관에 있어서, 제1매개물(4)이 내부에서 정면에 근사하는 그리고 이것에 대해 절단된 관의 나선부분 및/또는 관의 와선부분의 콘투어를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 제1부분(1)이 제2부분(2)의 직경의 1/2 내지 3/4에 상응하는, 바람직하게는 대략 1/2에 상응하는 직경을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1매개물(4)이 서로 이웃하는 관의 나선 콘투어를 가지며, 배기가스는 나선의 순환로내에 또는 아래에서 완전히 정면으로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1매개물(4)의 형상을 통해 배기가스 흐름이 하나의 라인이 되고, 이 라인에서 배기가스 흐름은 벌집모양체(6;7)의 정면에 대해 30 내지 60°의 각으로 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1부분(1)은 제1매개물(4)과 거의 접선으로 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2부분(2)과 제3부분(3) 사이의 변환과정이 제l매개물(4)과 유사한 매개물(5)을 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌집 모양체가 배기가스 해독을 위한 촉매지지체(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매 지지제(6)가 다수의 판 구조체(61)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제9항에 있어서, 판(61)의 일부가 촉매지지체(6)의 흐름측 정면에서 다른 판위로 돌출해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 판(61)이 공통된 방향으로 굴곡된, 예를들면 인벌루트 형상으로 또는 원형으로 굴곡된, 촉매지지체(6)의 내부로부터 외부로 뻗어있고, 배기가스가 매개물(4)을 통해 동일한 굴곡방향으로 방향 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 판(61)이 공통된 방향으로 굴곡된, 예를들면 인벌루트 형상으로 또는 원형으로 굴곡된, 촉매지지체(6)의 내부로부터 외부로 뻗어있고, 배기가스가 매개물(4)을 통해 반대의 굴곡방향으로 방향 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제9, 10, 11 또는 12항에 있어서, 판(61)의 적어도 한 부분이 개구(63)를 가지며, 판 사이에 형성된 채널(62)이 개구를 통해 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벌집모양체가 디젤매연 필터(7)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제9항에 있어서, 디젤 매연필터(7)가 벌집형상으로서 세라믹으로 이루어지며, 벌집을 형성하는 웨브(71)의 한 부분의 흐름측 정면에서 다른 웨브 위로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관.
- 제1 내지 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 및/또는 제2매개물(4,5)이 이의 내측에서 소음분산 작용의 표면구조(41,42)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기관·※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
