제1도는 본 발명에 따라서 본 기술의 전류 제한 탐침의 두개-전극 센서 소자를 간단히 개요적으로 도시한도, 제2도는 제1도에 센서 소자의 정지 균형에서 확산채널에서의 O2농도 분포를 도시한도, 제3도는 배기 개스농도가 0 에서 1로 점프하는 연속 주기동안 O2농도가 0에서 1로 점프하는 확산 채널에서의 O2농도 추이를 개요적으로 도시한도.

Claims (7)

  1. 내부 전극이 확산 채널을 통해 흐르는 측정 개스로 액세스되는 고체 전해질 캐리어상에 배치된 한쌍의 전극으로 이루어진 고체 전해질 펌프셀 및 전압이 인가되는 전극에 대한 도통트랙을 구비하며, 개스 혼합물 특히 내연 기관에서 나온 배기 개스의 λ값을 결정하기 위한 전류 제한 센서 소자에 있어서, 센서 소자(1)는 추가 펌프셀(9)을 구비하며 그것을 경유하여 하나의 장소에서 일정한 O2농도를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가 펌프셀(9)이 확산 채널(6)의 중심에 대략 배치되고 이 장소에서 O2농도가 배기개스에서 최대 포텐셜 O2농도의 1/4로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고체 전해질 펌프셀(5)및 중간 확산 채널(6)을 갖는 추가 펌프셀(a)이 맞은편 상부의 한쪽에 배치되고 개스타이트 절연층(12)에 의해 서로가 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 확산 채널(6)이 Al2O3또는 ZrO2로 이루어지는 것이 바람직한 온도 저항 물질로 이루어진 다기공 확산 장벽(7)으로 적어도 부분적으로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고체 전해질 펌프셀(5)로 이루어진 펌 전해질 캐리어(2)가 Y2O3로 안정화되는 ZrO2로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 펌프셀(9)의 캐리어(2')가 Y2O3로 안정화되는 ZrO2로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 개스타이트 절연층(12)은 5가 및 우수한 양이온이 펌프셀(9)의 캐리어 및 고체 전해질 펌프셀(5)로 확산 관통하므로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 소자.
