Claims (10)
- 자유라디칼의 존재하에, 하기 (1)-(2)의 중합에 의해 형성되며, 하기(Ⅰ) 단량체 또는 단량체 혼합물이 80중량%이상의 스티렌 또는 구조적으로 관련된 비닐 방향족을 포함하며 별도로, 커플링된 폴리올을 먼저 생성하고 난후, 그것을 기재 폴리올(B)와 블렌딩 함으로써 제조된 (Ⅲ)폴리올 혼합물내에 용해되거나 분산된 (Ⅱ) 퍼옥시드 자유라디칼 개시제 존재하에 중합됨을 특징으로 하는 안정한 중합체/폴리올 조성물 제조방법, (1)(2)에 용해되거나 분산된 하나 이상의 에틸렌형 불포화 단량체 10 내지 50중량%, (2) 하기 (a)-(b)로 구성된 폴리올 혼합물 50 내지 90중량%, (a) 적어도 500의 수평균 분자량을 가진 기재 폴리올(B) 및 (b)결과로 생성되는 중합체/폴리올을 안정화하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는, 히드록시기 대 이소시아네이트 기의 비율이 1 보다 큰 그런 비율로 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응된 적도 2의 관능가를 갖는 기재 폴리올(A)의 반응생성물로 필수적으로 구성되는 커플링된 폴리올.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼옥시드 개시제는 t-알킬퍼옥시에스테르 및 퍼옥시에테르에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퍼옥시드 개시제는 t-아밀퍼옥시-2-에틸-헥사노에트인 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커플링된 폴리올은, 이소시아네이트기 당량 보다 많은 기재 폴리올 (A) 및 (B)의 히드록시기 당량의 비율로 표현되는 1 내지 100범위의 상대 양의 하나 이상의 기재 폴리올(A)와 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시키거나, 겔화가 발생하는 비율이상의 초기 비율에서 상기 하나이상의 유기폴리이소시아네이트와 상기 하나 이상의 기재 폴리올(A)을 먼저 반응시킨 후, 마지막 미리 결정된 비율을 얻도록 충분한 양의 기재 폴리올(B)를 첨가하여 제조되는 방법.
- 제4항에서 커플링된 폴리올은 2.1 내지 10.0의 범위의 초기 비율로 기재 폴리올(A)로서 삼관능성 폴리올과 이관능성 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체/폴리올은 제조에 이어 부가적인 기재 폴리올(B)와 블렌딩 되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 안정한 중합체/폴리올조성물.
- 제1 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 중합체/폴리올 조성물을 사용하는, 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리이소시안우레이트 제품, 주조시스템, 코팅 시스템 또는 접착제의 제조방법.
- 제8항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리이소시안우레이트 제품, 주조 시스템, 코팅 시스템 또는 접착제.
- 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리이소시안우레이트 제품, 주조 시스템, 코팅 시스템, 또는 접착제들의 제조에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 안정한 중합체/폴리올 조성물의 이용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
