Claims (8)
- 상전류간에 적어도 한위상 혹은 불균형한 과부하인 경우에 부하에 전원을 차단하는 다상전기부하와 결합하는 전기열동계전기에 있어서, 이 계전기는 상전류의 강도에 따라서 신호를 출력하는 위상에 대한 검출수단과 상전류가 흐르는 내가열소자를 구비한 열소자, 저항율이 온도에 따라 계속변화하며 저항소자에 의해 생성된 가열을 표현하는 아날로그 신호를 전송하는 처리회로에 전기접속되는 계전기센서, 부하의 가열에 대한 열기억을 형성하는 일부로된 각검출수단을 케이스내에 구성하며, 상기 가열소자는 기억부와 열적연결되고, 기억부보다 낮은 열관성을 갖는 센서를 지지하는 열결합체를 열기억부와 분리하여 열적결합되며, 센서의 저항율은 온도에 따라 계속변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저열관성결합체는 저항율이 온도에 따라 계속변화하는 상기 센서를 지지하는 제 1 면, 상기 가열소자의 바로 근접한 제 1 면과 대향인 제 2 면, 양호한 열전도도를 갖는 얇은 세라믹 웨이퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가열소자는 상기 세라믹웨이퍼의 제 1 면에 배치된 얇은 도체로된 센서인 상기 얇은 세라믹 웨이퍼의 상기 제 2 면 편평히 놓이며, 구부려 절단한 도체합금으로 만든 얇은 웨이퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저열관성결합체는 상기 가열소자를 형성하는 전기도체를 감고 센서를 지지하는 양호한 열전도도를 갖는 상기 열기억부와 접촉한 얇은 웨이퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열기억부는 전기적으로 절연되고, 열결합체와 접촉하며, 계전기와 결합하는 다상부하에 대한 소정의 보호류 역할을 하는 저체적의 고열관성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는 저항율이 케이스내에 온도에 따라 계속변화하는 센서를 구성하는 보상검출수단을 수용하며, 상기 위상검출수단 및 보상검출수단은 동일 프린트 배선에 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 선택적으로 설치하는 상기 보상검출수단과 결합한 스위치를 선별기가 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상전류가 흐르는 내가열소자, 저항율이 온도에 따라 계속변화하며 저항소자에 의해 생성된 가열을 표현하는 아날로그신호를 전송하는 처리회로에 전기적으로 연결된 저항센서, 부하의 가열에 대한 열기억을 형성하는 열부, 기억부와 접촉하고 기억부의 열관성보다 저열관성을 갖는 센서를 지지하는 열결합체를 열기억부와 분리하여 열적결합하는 상기 가열소자를 갖는 열소자로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기열동계전기용 검출수단.
