Description
Claims (11)
- 유로를 형성하는 밸브동체수단으로 구성되고, 상기 밸브동체수단은 동체자체와 이 동체의 일측 축방향 측부에 착설된 지지부재로 구성되며, 지지슬로트가 상기 동체와 상기 지지부재의 대향면사이에 형성되고, 상기 동체는 상기 일측 축방향 측부에 확개공을 가지며, 상기 지지슬로트의 축방향 내측으로 상기 확개공이 축방향으로 대향된 벽을 가지고, 상기 유로에 밸브소자가 배치되어 개방위치와 폐쇄위치사이로 회전운동 가능하게 착설되며, 상기 밸브동체수단에 사이트조립체가 구성되어 있고 이 시이트조립체는 상기 밸브소자가 폐쇄위치에 있을때에 이를 밀폐결합하기 위하여 상기 유로를 둘러싸는 로타리밸브조립체에 있어서, 상기 시이트조립체가 상기 밸브소자에 밀폐결합되는 방사상 내측 금속밀폐부, 상기 지지슬로트에 삽입되어 상기 밸브동체와 상기 지지부재사이에 고정된 방사상 외측 금속지지부와, 상기 금속밀폐부와 상기 금속지지부를 연결하는 중간 금속스페이서부를 갖는 금속시이트링으로 구성되고, 상기 금속시이트링의 상기 스페이서부는 방사상 만곡연장부를 가지며, 상기 금속밀폐부는 상기 금속스페이서부는 방사상 만곡연장부로부터 축방향으로 연장되고, 또한 상기 금속스페이서부는 상기 금속밀폐부와 동일한 방향으로 상기 방사상 연장부로부터 연장된 축방향 연장부로 구성되며, 상기 금속지지부는 상기 방사상 연장부의 단부측인 상기 축방향 연장부로부터 상기 지지슬로트측으로 방사상 외측으로 연장되고, 상기 금속시이트링에 인접하여 상기 밸브소자에 밀폐결합되는 중합물질의 방사상 내측 밀폐부, 밸브동체에 상기 중합물질의 시이트링을 착설하기 위한 중합물질의 방사상 외측 지지부와, 상기 중합물질의 밀폐부와 상기 중합물질의 지지부를 연결하는 중합물질의 중간 스페이서부를 갖는 중합물질의 시이트링이 구정되어 있으며, 상기 중합물질 시이트링의 상기 스페이서부가 방사상 만곡연장부를 가지고, 상기 중합물질 지지부는 상기 확개공에 삽입되며, 상기 중합물질 지지부의 적어도 일부분이 상기 확개공의 상기 축방향 대향벽에 배치되고 상기 금속시이트링의 상기 금속스페이서부의 상기 방사상 연장부의 적어도 일부분이 상지 지지부재에 의하여 상기 중합물질 지지부에 대하여 압압되어 상기 중합체 시이트링의 상기 지지부의 적어도 일부가 상기 금속스페이서부의 상기 방사상 연장부의 상기 부분과 상기 축방향 대향벽사이에 고정되고, 상기 금속밀폐부와 상기 중합물질 밀폐부가 상대측에 대하여 축방향으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리밸브조립체 .
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속시이트링과 상기 중합물질 시이트링이 상기 금속시이트링과 상기 중합물질 시이트링사이의 상대적인 방사상운동을 방지하기 위하여 일측이 축방향으로 돌출되어 타측에 삽입되는 구조로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속시이트링의 방사상 만곡연장부와 상기 중합물질 시이트링의 방사상 만곡연장부가 상기 금속시이트링과 상기 중합물질 시이트링사이의 상대적인 방사상운동을 방지하도록 결합구조로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시이트링이 일체로 되어 있으며, 유연성을 갖는 금속링임을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속밀폐부를 그 방사상 외측에서 둘러싸고 있는 다수의 스트랜드권선이 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속밀폐부가 방사상 외측으로 요입되어 있고 상기 권선이 상기 금속밀폐부에 의하여 형성된 요입부에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스트랜드가 고인장강도를 갖는 금속으로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속밀폐부가 상기 금속스페이서부의 상기 방사상 만곡연장부로부터 축방향으로 연장되고, 상기 금속스페이서부가 상기 금속밀폐부와 같은 방향으로 상기 방사상 연장부로부터 연장된 축방향 연장부로 구성되며, 상기 금속지지부가 상기 방사상 연장부의 단부측에서 상기 축방향 연장부로부터 상기 밸브동체수단에 형성된 지지슬로트측으로 방사상 외측으로 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환상연장형의 축방향 대향벽에 상기 중합물질 시이트링의 상기 중합물질 지지부를 고정하기 위한 톱니가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속스페이서부가 상기 금속지지부와 상기 금속스페이서부의 상기 축방향 연장부의 교차점에서 축방향으로 회전가능함을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 5 항에 있어서, 상기 각 권선이 기다란 스트랜드로 구성되고 상기 각 스트랜드는 그 중심선이 상기 권선의 전 길이에 걸쳐 상기 밀폐부에 대하여 주연방향으로 향함을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
