Claims (10)
- 기둥이 설치되는 강화 베이스에 의해 300m이하의 바다 깊이에 설치되며, 이 기둥은 속이빈 실린더와 부력실 및 노출 구조물을 포함하는 일체형 구조로 되어 있는 해양 응용물용 가요성 기둥에 있어서, 상기 일체형 구조는 섬유로 강화된 열경화성 수지의 합성물질로 만들어지고, 상기 섬유는 연속엇이 단절없이 세로로 배열된 일방향 단일 필라멘트의 다발 형태로 사용되며 그들 주위를 나선형으로 감싸는 필라멘트에 의해 서로 유지되고, 상기 섬유는 천연섬유, 인공섬유 및 합성섬유로 구성되며, 상기 수지는 불포화 폴리에스테르수지, 에폭시수지, 비닐에스테르수지 및 폴리우레탄수지중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 기둥이 속이 비어 있거나 채워져 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 기둥이 그 상부에 동일한 합성물질로 만든 부력실을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 부력실에 수면위로 노출된 구조물이 연결되고 기구와 장치가 기둥역할을 하도록 배치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유/수지의 무게비가 20/80에서 80/20사이인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 섬유가 유리섬유임을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기둥의 외경이 0.5-10m사이임을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기둥은 속이 비어 있는 기둥이며 그 벽 두께는 2-100㎝ 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부력실은 그 벽 두께가 2∼50㎝이고 그 외경은 기둥외경의 1.5-5배임을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기둥의 길이가 300m 이하임을 특징으로 하는 가요성 기둥.
