Claims (4)
- 낮은 B.T.U.와 높은 수분함량을 갖는 연료가 연소로내로 투입되어 건조된 후 열분해되고 그 내부에서 연소되어 회수성 열을 발생시키는 낮은 B.T.U.와 높은 수분함량을 포함하는 연료를 연소시키는 방법에 있어서, 산소농도 효과에 의해 상기 연료의 반응속도를 증가시키며, 상기 연료의 반응속도 및 건조속도를 증가시키기 위해 상기 연료의 연소속도가 증가될 수 있는 연소온도를 증가시키기에 충분한 양의 산소로 상기 공정 생성물을 연소시키는 공정공기를 부화하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낮은 B.T.U.와 높은 수분함량을 포함하는 연료의 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정공기는 이차공기이며, 상기 공정 생성물은 상기 연료로부터 발생된 열분해 생성물인 연료의 연소방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정공기는 일차공기이며, 공정 생성물은 상기 연료로부터 형성된 탄소 잔류물을 포함하는 연료의 연소방법.
- 연료 연소 베드의 장기간 광도를 측정하며 ; 상기 연료 연소 베드의 단기간 광도를 측정하며 ; 상기 장기간 광도 및 상기 단기간 광도 사이의 차이를 결정하는 것을 포함하는, 스팀을 제조하며, 연료 연소 베드를 포함하는 연소로내의 연소를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 연료의 연소속도를 안정화 시키거나, 증가 시키기 위해 상기 베드 또는 하부에서 일차공기내에 산소를 주입하며, 또한 상기 베드상부에서 이차공기에 산소를 주입하며 ; 상기 차이에 근거하여 상기 연소로 내로 주입되는 산소의 양을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낮은 B.T.U.와 높은 수분함량을 포함하는 연료의 연소로내의 연소 조절 방법.
