Description
Claims (10)
- 하기 (a)와 (b)(i)으로만 구성된 또는 (a)와 (b)(i) 및 (b)(ii)로 구성된 열경화성 조성물 : (a) 분자당 하나 이상의 에폭사이드기를 함유하는 에폭시 프리폴리머 또는 프리폴리머 혼합물, (b)(i) 상기 에폭시를 결화시키기에 유효한 양의 아릴 모노이소시아네이트와 유기 디아민의 반응 생성물로 구성된 비스우레아 화합물, (b)(ii) 상기 에폭시를 경화시키기에 유효한 양의 아민 관능성 방향족 경화제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비스우레아(b)(i)가 하기 구조를 갖는 조성물.상기식에서 X는 2가 유기 탄화수소 라디칼, 2가 또는 3가 헤테로-개재 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 2가의 불활성적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이며, R은 수소, 1가 탄화수소 라디칼, 아미노 또는 탄화수소치환 아미노 라디칼, 시아노 라디칼, 탄화수소옥시 라디칼 또는 불활성적으로 치환된 그런 라디칼이며, R1은 독립적으로 수소, 1가 탄화수소, 라디칼, 불활성적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼, 단일 결합 또는 2가 알킬렌 라디칼 또는 불활성적으로 치환된 그런 라디칼이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비스우레아화합물(b)(i)에서, X가 C2-12의 2가 알킬렌 라디칼, C4-12의 3가 질소 개재 알킬렌 라디칼, C6-122가 아릴렌 또는 폴리아릴렌 라디칼 또는 -CR2-, -O-, -S- 또는 -SO2-기(여기서 R2는 수소, 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 불활성적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼임)들이 개재된 C6-302가 폴리아릴렌 라디칼이며, R이 수소, 시아노, 아미노, 메톡시, 비닐 또는 에티닐이며, R1이 수소, C1-6알킬, C6-12아릴 또는 C2-3의 2가 알킬렌인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비스우레아화합물(b)(i)에서 X가 C2-122가 알킬렌, C4-123가 질소 개체 알킬렌, C12-202가 디아릴설폰이며, R이 수소, 아미노, 비닐, 메톡시 또는 에티닐이며, R1이 수소, C1-6알킬 또는 C2-32가 알킬렌인 조성물.
