Description
Claims (24)
- 비닐아세테이트 60-94중량%, 에틸렌 5-30중량% 및 가교성 공단량체 1-10중량%로 구성된 공중합체와 상기 공중합체의 비닐 아세테이트양에 대하여 1-45중량%의 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴이 수용성 매질에 콜로이드처럼 분산된 공중합유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-아크릴아미도 글리콜산, N-메틸올 아크릴아미드, 아크릴아미도부티르알데히드 디메틸아세탈, 메틸아크릴아미도글리콜레이트 메틸에테르 및 이소부톡시 메틸아크릴아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 공중합유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 비닐아세테이트 양에 대하여 10-25중량%의 테트라 메틸올 글리코루릴을 포함하는 공중합유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-아크릴아미도 글리콜산인 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-메틸올 아크릴아미드인 공중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체가 10-25중량%의 에틸렌을 함유하는 공중합유제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체가 2.5-7중량% 가교성 공단량체를 함유하는 공중합체유제.
- 제1항에 있어서, Brookfield점성도가 80-300cps인 공중합유제.
- 제2항에 있어서, Brookfield점성도가 120-240cps인 공중합유제.
- 공중합체의 비닐 아세테이트양에 대하여 1-45중량%의 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴의 존재하에서 비닐아세테이트 60-94중량%, 에틸렌 5-30중량% 및 가교성 공단량체 1-10중량%으로 구성된 공중합체를 충분히 제공하도록 단량체 혼합물을 중합시키는 공중합 유제의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 공중합체의 비닐 아세테이트 양에 대하여 10-25중량%의 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴 존재하에서 중합이 수행되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌 및 가교성 공단량체를 반응시켜서 공중합유제를 형성한 후 그 공중합유제에 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴을 첨가하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-아크릴아미도 글리콜산, N-메틸올아크릴아미드, 아크릴아미도부티르 알데히드 디메틸아세탈, 메틸아크릴아미도글리콜레이트 메틸에테르 및 이소부톡시메틸아크릴아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-아크릴아미도 글리콜산인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-메틸올아크릴아미드인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 중합체의 비닐아세테이트양에 대하여 10-25중량%외 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴의 존재하에서 비닐아세테이트 60-94중량%, 에틸렌 5-30중량% 및 가교성 공단량체 1-10중량%을 중합시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공중합체가 2.5-7중량%의 가교성 공단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 비닐아세테이트 60-94중량%, 에틸렌 5-30중량% 및 가교성 공단량체 1-10%를 포함하는 공중합체와 상기 공중합체의 비닐아세테이트 대하여 1-45중량%의 테트라 메틸올 글리코루릴이 수용성 매질에 콜로이드처럼 분산된 유제에서 용착된 공중합체가 유효량 존재하여 섬유가 서로 결합함으로써 자체 지지성 웹을 형성하여, 서로 결합된 섬유의 부직포웹을 포함하는 부직포 제품.
- 제18항에 있어서, n-아크릴아미도글리콜산, n-메틸올아크릴아미드, 아크릴아미도부티르알데히드 디메틸아세탈, 메틸아크릴아미도글리콜레이트 메틸에테르 및 이소부톡시메틸 아크릴아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 가교성 공단량체를 함유하는 부직포웹상에 공중합체가 유제로부터 용착되는 부직포제품.
- 제19항에 있어서, 공중합체가 10-25중량%의 에틸렌을 포함하는 부직포제품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 공중합체가 2.5-7%의 가교성 공단량체를 포함하는 부직포제품.
- 제21항에 있어서, 공중합체가 공중합체의 비닐아세테이트양에 대하여 10-25%의 테트라메틸올 글리코루릴을 포함하는 부직포제품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-아크릴아미도 글리콜산인 부직포제품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 가교성 공단량체가 N-메틸올 아크릴아미도인 부직포제품.
