Claims (10)
- 상부면(14)과 바닥면(30)을 갖는 긴 베이스(8)를 구비한 유전체 하우징 수단(4)과, 베이스(8)의 상부면(14)의 양쪽 단부로부터 돌출하고 접촉 부위(74)가 하우징 수단(4)에 제공된 접촉자(36)와 전기적으로 결합되는 위치에서 자판(18)을 래치시키기 위해 자판(18)과 협력하는 래칭수단 즉 래치부재(12) 및 정지부재(20)와, 베이스(8)에 구비되면서 상부면(14)으로부터 바닥면(30)쪽으로 연장하는 접촉 수용 공동부(6)를 가지며, 자판(18)의 접촉 부위(74)를 모판(34)의 대응구멍(6)에 전기적으로 연결시키는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 접촉자(36)는 접촉자 수용 공동부(6)에 배치되고 제1접촉부(50)와 스프링(68)에 부착된 제2접촉부(66)를 가지며, 제1접촉부(50)와 제2접촉부(66)는 자판(18)의 접촉 부위(74)와 협력하도록 호형 접촉 돌출부(60,72)를 가지며, 제2접촉부(66)는 그 양단부에 위치된 피보트 부위(67,69)를 가지며, 스프링(68)은 제2접촉부(66)가 자판(18)의 접촉 부위(74)와 결합 유지되는데 필요한 힘을 제공하도록 제2접촉부(66)와 협력하며, 스프링(68)은 최소의 힘으로만 탄성 변형시키는 완만한 힘/변경 곡선을 가지는 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모판(34)의 대응구멍(46)과 전기적으로 결합할 수 있도록 접촉자(36)는 모판(34)의 대응구멍(46)과 정렬된 하우징 수단(4)의 바닥면(30)을 통하여 제2접촉부(66)로부터 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일체적인 과응력 수단(54,62,78,86)은 제1접촉부(50), 제2접촉부(66) 및 스프링(68)상에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일체적인 돌출부(82,84,86)는 제1접촉부(50)와 스프링(68)상에 구비되고, 상기 돌출부는 접촉자 수용 공동부(6)내의 접촉자(36)를 보유하도록 접촉자 수용 공동부(6)의 벽과 협력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1접촉부와 제2접촉부의 호형 접촉 돌출부(60,72)가 접촉자 수용 공동부속으로 연장되는 돌출부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 자판(18)은 하우징 수단(4)의 바닥면(30)의 평면에 대해 예각으로 호형 접촉 돌출부(60,72) 사이에 삽입되며, 자판(18)은 감소되거나 또는 0의 삽입력 상태하에서 삽입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캠 작용면(58)은 접촉자(36)의 제1접촉부(50)상에 구비되므로 자판(18)은 그 선단(87)이 정지 위치를 한정하는 캠 작용면(58)과 결합할 때까지 호형 접촉 돌출부(60,72) 사이에 삽입되며, 자판(18)은 접촉자(36)의 접촉 돌출부(60,72)가 자판(18)의 접촉 부위(74)와 결합하도록 회전되어, 회전이 계속될시 캠 작용면(58)은 호형 접촉 돌출부(60,72)와 접촉 부위(74) 사이의 법선력의 상태하에서 확실한 와이핑 작용이 생기도록 하여 확실한 전기적 접속이 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 래칭 수단(12,20)은 탄성 래치부재(12) 및 정지부재(20)를 포함하고, 래치부재(12)는 베이스(8)의 상부면(14)으로부터 연장하면서 그 상부면 근방의 래칭 돌출부(16)를 가지므로 자판(18)이 회전될때 래칭 돌출부(16)와 정지부재(20)가 정지위치를 한정하기 위하여 자판(18)과 협력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강 지지부재(88)는 자판(18)이 전기 커넥터(2)안으로 삽입될 때 휘거나 구부러지는 것을 막기 위해 자판(18) 위에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
- 제9항에 있어서, 보강 지지부재(88)는 도전성을 갖고 접촉자(36)와 협력하여 접지됨으로써 보호부재로서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
