Claims (10)

  1. 크로메이트 전환 코우팅을 알루미늄 표면에 적용시켜 전판 코우팅 처리 알루미늄을 제공하고, 플루오로중합체를 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄상에 겹쳐서 플루오로중합체를 알루미늄 표면상 전환 코우팅과 접촉시켜 겹친 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를 제공하고, 겹쳐진 전환코우팅 처리 알루미늄 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를, 플루오로중합체를 전환코우팅처리 알투미늄 효과적으로 결합시키기 위한 시간 동안 및 압력에서, 적어도 약 287.8℃(약 550℉)로 가열시켜 알루미늄 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를 제공하는 것으로 구성되는, 플루오로중합체를 알루미늄에 결합시키기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 대 알루미늄의 두께비율이 약 0.01-약 100 범위인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 알콕시 플루오로에틸렌 공중합체 및 에필렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합제로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로를 포함하는 화합물 및 육가 크롬으로 구성되는 코우팅 조성물에 의해 크로메이트 전환 코우팅이 제공되고, 플루오로 중합체 및 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄은, 플루오로중합체 대 전환 코우팅 처리 알루미늄의 두께비율이 약 0.05-약 20범위인 두께를 갖고, 겹친 전환 코우팅처리 플루오로중합체 라미네이트는, 적어도 1분동안 적어도 약 287.8℃(550℉)로 가열되어 적어도 약 8파운드/라미네이트 inch의 플루오로중합체/알루미늄 결합 강도를 가진 알루미늄 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를 제공하는 방법.
  5. 하기로 구성되는 라미네이드, 알루미늄 금속, 알루미늄 금속의 표면상 크로메이트 전환코우팅, 및 알루미늄금속의 표면상 전환코우팅과 결합된 첫번째 플루오로중합체 이떼, 첫번째 플루오로 중합체 및 전환 코우팅 처리 알루미늄은, 플루오로중합체 대 전환 코우팅 처리 알루미늄의 두께 비율이 약0.01-약100 범위인 두께를 갖고, 첫번째 플루오로중합체 대 전환 코우팅 결합 강도는 적어도 약 6파운드/플루오로중합체 inch이다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 플루오로를 포함하는 화합물 및 육가 크롬으로 구성되는 코우팅 조성물에 의해 전환 코우팅이 제공되는 라미네이트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 첫번째 플루오로중합체가 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌, 플루오로에틸렌 공중합체, 알콕시 플루오로에틸렌 공중합제 및 에틸렌 메트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되고, 적어도 1분동안, 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄상 겹쳐진 플투오로중합체 필름의 적어도 약 287.8℃(550℉)로의 가열로 플루오로중합체가 알루미늄 금속상 전화 코우팅 결합되는 라미네이트.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 두번째 플루오로중합체 필름이 첫번째 플루오로 중합체 필름의 표면상에 결합되고, 이때, 두 번째 플루오로중항체 필름은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 플루오로에틸렌공중합체, 알콕시플루오로에틸렌 공중합체 및 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되고, 첫번째 및 두번째 필름은, 가장 안정한 플루오로중합체의 융점이상의 가열로 서로 결합된 서로다른 플루오로중합체들인 라미네이트.
  9. 크로메이트 전환 코우팅을 전한 코우팅 조성물로써 알루미늄박의 적어도 하나의 표면에 적용시켜 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄 박을 제공하고, 플루오로중합체 필름을 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄박상에 겹쳐서 플루오로중합체를 알루미늄 박상 전환 코우팅과 접촉시켜 겹친 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄 박 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를 제공하고, 접쳐진 전환코우팅처리 알루미늄박 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를, 플루오로중합체를 전환 코우팅처리 알루미늄박에 효과적으로 결합시키기 위한 시간동안 및 압력에서 적어도 약 287.8℃(약 550℉)로 가열시켜 알루미늄 박 플루오로중합체 라미네이트를 제공하는 것으로 구성되는, 약l밀-약125밀 범위의 두께를 갖은 알루미늄 박을 약 1밀-약 125밀 범위의 두께를 갖는 플루오로중합체 필름에 결합시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 었어서, 플루오로중합체 두께 대 알루미늄 박 두께 비율이 약 0.01-약100의 범위이고, 전환 코우팅 조싱물이 플루오로를 포함하는 화합물 및 육가크롬으로 구성되는 방법.
