Claims (1)
- 얇게 썰은 소고기, 돼지고기 또는 생선등에 튀김가루를 도포시킨 다음에 식용유를 발라 양면철판 가열기에 넣고 200℃ 내지 300℃로 굽는 것을 특징으로 하는 커트렛류의 제조방법.
