제1도는 본발명의 1실시예에 관한 프리플로트식 스팀 트랩.
제2도는 제1도에 있어서의 B-B선 단면도에 제1도에 있어서의 C-C선 대략 단면도를 합성한 합성도.
제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 관한 프리플로트식 스팀트랩의 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 입구와 출구를 가지고, 내부에 밸브실을 형성한 트랩광체와, 당해 밸브실 하부에 부착되고, 밸브실과 출구를 연이어 통하는 밸브구를 개구한 밸브 시이트부재와, 밸브실내에 자유상태로 배치되고, 밸브실내의 수위에 따라 부상 강하하여 상기 밸브구를 직접 개폐하는 플로트 밸브를 갖는 프리플로트식 스팀 트랩에 있어서, 상기 입구에서 밸브실내에 통하는 유입구에 복수류를 분산유하시키는 수단을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산수단이 분산스크린인 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산수단이 밸브실내에 수직으로 부착되고, 하단부가 폐색된 원통형 분산스크린인것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산수단이 전폭둑인 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산수단이 상단부에 다수의 요철부를 갖는 전폭둑인 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 분산수단이 상기 밸브구의 거의 위쪽에 위치하는것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 밸브실 저면에 상기 밸브구의 중심 축선에 평행이 되도록 2개의 플로트시이트가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구에서 출구통로를 통해 상승하여 상기 출구에 이르는 구조를 가지고, 당해 밸브구의 중심축선이 출구통로에 교차하는 부위에 경질 재료의 평면부재가 설치되어 있거나, 당해부위가 평면형상의 경질재료로 덮여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브구의 중심축선과 상기 출구통로의 중심축선이 상기 부위와 각각 이루는 각도가 서로 같아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀 트랩.
