Description
Claims (17)
- 다수의 구멍이 설치된 한편 배기관의 내면과 내측관의 외면사이에 공간을 형성하면서 배기관내에 동축상으로 배치된 내측관을 포함하는 지지수단과, 배기관내를 흐르는 배기가스의 불연성분을 정화하기 위한 촉매를 포함하고 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 배치되는 한편 상기 촉매에 무해한 성질을 갖는 물질로 이루어진 층구조를 포함하는 내연기관의 배기관 내에 배치된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층구조가 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 촉매에 무해한 성질을 갖는 물질로 형성된 제1층과, 촉매용액과 촉매캐리어층으로써 구성된 슬러리를 퓨지 분사하고 액체성분이 제거되도록 분사된 슬러리를 건조시킴으로써 형성된 촉매캐리어층으로써 상기 제1층의 외면상에 형성된 제2층과 포함하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 각각이 두개의 층성분으로 구성되는 배기가스 장화장치
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 물질이 알루미나인 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 물질이 세라믹 또는 서밋인 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 외면이 오목 및 볼록부위를 갖는 불규칙면을 나타내도록 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층구조가 배기관의 내면상에 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측관의 내·외면이 오목 및 볼록부위를 갖는 불규칙면을 나타내도록 형성되고, 상기 층구조가 촉매용액과 촉매캐리어로 구성된 슬러리를 퓨즈 분사하고 액체성분을 제거하기 위해 분사된 슬러리를 건조시킴으로써 상기 내측관의 불규칙한 내·외면상에 촉매캐리어층으로 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 층구조가 상기 배기관의 내면상에 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 내측관의 외면과 배기관의 내면사이에 공간을 형성하면서, 다수의 구머를 구비하는 한편 배기관내에 동축상에 배치된 내측관을 포함하는 지지수단과, 촉매에 무해한 성질을 갖는 한편 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 형성된 한편 촉매층을 형성토록 상기 중간필름층의 외면상에 금속산화물을 퓨즈 분사하여 촉매층에 촉매용액을 스며들게한 후 액체 성분이 제거되도록 상기 촉매층을 건조시킴으로써 형성된 촉매캐리어층과를 포함하는, 내측관의 내·외면상에 배치된 층구조를 포함하는 내연기관의 배기관내에 배치된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물이 알루미나인 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 층구조가 상기 배기관의 내면상에 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 내측관의 외면과 배기관의 내면사이에 공간을 형성하면서, 다수의 구멍을 구비하는 한편 배기관내에 동축상에 배치된 내측관을 포함하는 지지수단과, 다수의 구멍을 포함하는 한편 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 형성되고, 구멍을 포함하기 위하여 촉매층을 형성하도록 내측관의 내·외면상에 금속 산화믈을 퓨즈 분사하여 촉매용액을 상기 촉매층에 스며들게한 후 액체성분이 제거되도록 상기 촉매층을 건도시킴으로써 형성된 촉매캐리어층을 포함하는, 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 배치된 층구조를 포함하는 내연기관의 배기관내에 배치된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물이 알루미나인 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 층구조가 배기관의 내면상에 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 내측관의 외면과 배기관의 내면사이에 공간을 형성하면서, 배기관내에 동축상으로 배치된 한편 다수의 구멍을 갖는 내측관을 포함하는 지지수단과, 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 배치되는 한편 상기 내측관의 내·외면상에 알루미나를 퓨즈 분사함으로써 형성된 캐리어층으로 구성된 층구조와, 상기 캐리어층의 외면상에 부착된 촉매수단을 포함하는 내연기관의 배기관내에 배치된 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 층구조가 상기 배기관의 내면상에 형성된 배기가스 정화장치.
