Claims (9)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 반복단위를 갖는 폴리알킬에테르 및 그 유도체 0.1 내지 1몰을 산화제 0.1 내지 1몰과 함께 용매에 녹인 후, 이 용액을 방향족 헤테로고리단량체와 중합반응시켜서, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 반복단위와 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 반복단위를 1 : 10 내지 10 : 1개의 비율로 함유하는 폴리알킬에테르와 방향족 헤테로고리 전도성 고분자복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합반응은 상기 방향족 헤테로고리단량체 0.1 내지 1몰과 상기 용액을 섞어 교반하면서 0 내지 60℃의 온도에서 3∼48시간동안 반응시키고 진공건조시켜서 이루어지는 폴리알킬에테르와 방향족 헤테로고리 전도성 고분자복합체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합반응은 상기 용액을 건조시킨 다음에 상기 방향족 헤테로고리단량체가 들어있는 용기내에서 기상중합시켜서 이루어지는 폴리알킬에테르와 방향족 헤테로고리 전도성 고분자복합체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매로는 아세톤, 클로로포름, 디클로로메탄, 테트라히드로퓨란 또는 벤젠을 사용하여서 제조되는 폴리알킬에테르와 방향족 헤테로고리 전도성 고분자복합체의 제조방법.
- 방향족 헤테로고리단량체와 산화제로부터 공지의 방법으로 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 반복단위를 갖는 방향족 헤테로고리화합물을 제조한후, 이를 미분쇄하여 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 갖는 수지 5 내지 30% 용액과 1 : 20 내지 30 : 1의 비율로 격렬히 혼합시키고 건조시켜서, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 반복단위와 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 반복단위를 1 : 10 내지 10 : 1개의 비율로 함유하는 폴리알킬에테르와 방향족 헤테로고리 전도성 고분자복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 반복단위를 갖는 수지 1 내지 30% 용액을 도포후 건조시킨 작업전극을 이용해서 0.01 내지 0.5몰의 방향족 헤테로고리단량체와 0.01 내지 1몰의 전해질을 포함한 용액중에서 전해중합반응시켜서, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 반복단위와 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 반복단위를 1 : 10 내지 10 : 1개의 비율로 함유하는 전도성 고분자복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전해중합반응은 상기 작업전극에다 카로멜전극에 대해 -0.5 내지 1.0V의 전압 또는 0.1 내지 5㎃/C㎡의 전류를 0.1 내지 4시간동안 순화시켜서 이루어지는 전도성 고분자복합체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전해질로는 알킬암모늄의 염, 알칼리금속의 염 또는 파라톨루엔 술포네이트의 알칼리염 중에서 선택된 것을 사용하여서 제조되는 전도성 고분자복합체의 제조방법.
