Description
Claims (14)
- a) 상부 리테이너, b) 상부 리테이너로부터 축방향으로 이격된 피스톤, c) 내부 캐비티를 형성하기 위해 리테이너와 피스톤에 밀봉부착된 내부 가스 불투광성막 형태, d) 내부막이 외부막에 의해 완전히 감싸여져거 외부막과 내부막 사이에 외부 캐비티를 형성하도록 리테이너와 피스톤에 밀봉부착된 외부 가스 불투과성막 형태 및 e) 내부 캐비티와 외부 캐비티중의 적어도 하나에 가스 압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치를 포함하는 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부막과 외부막이 거의 관상 형태인 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서 , 상부 리테이너가 각각의 막의 유효직경이 상부 리테이너로부터 축방향으로 가장 먼 거리에 있는 요철부의 위치에 대하여 방사방향 간격의 2배가 되도록 피스톤에 축방향으로 접근함에 따라 외부막과 내부막이 축방향 단면에 요철부를 형성하는 공기 스프링.
- 제3항에 있어서, 내부막의 유효직경이 외부막의 유효직경보다 더 큰 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 캐비티와 외부 캐비티에 가압가스를 흡입 및 유출시키는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부막이 제한된 방사방향 신장성을 갖는 가요성 탄성중합체성 재료로 이루어진 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부막과 내부막중의 적어도 하나가 보강된 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부막이 방사방향힘에 견딜 수 있는 가요성 탄성중합체성 재료로 이루어진 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치가 두 방향 밸브인 공기 스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치에 연결된 적어도 하나의 외부가스 압력원을 추가로 포함하는 공기 스프링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 압력 감지장치에 연결된 내부 및 외부 캐비티중의 적어도 하나속에 위치하는 다수개의 압력 감지장치와 가스 압력원으로부터 가스의 유출을 조절하는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 공기 스프링.
- 다수의 스프링 부재, 다수의 비스프링 부재 및 한 말단부에서 스프링 부재에 고정되게 연결되고 또한 반대편 말단부에서 비스프링부재에 고정되게 연결된 공기 스프링으로 구성되며, 공기 스프링은 a) 현수 시스템의 스프링 부재에 고정되게 연결된 상부 리테이너, b) 현수 시스템의 비스프링 부재에 고정되게 연결된 상부 리테이너로부터 축방향으로 이격된 피스톤, c) 내부 캐비티를 형성하기 위해 리테이너와 피스톤에 밀봉부착된 내부 가스 불투과성 막, d) 내부막이 외부막에 의해 완전히 감싸여져서 외부막과 내부막 사이에 외부 캐비티를 형성하도록 리테이너와 피스톤에 밀봉부착된 내부막 보다 직경이 더 큰 외부 가스 불투과성 막 및 e) 내부 및 외부 캐비티중의 적어도 하나에 가스 압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 현수 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치에서 공기 스프링에 연결된 적어도 하나의 가변성 가스압력 공급원을 추가로 포함하는 현수 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부 캐비티에 공급된 가스량을 조절하는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 현수 시스템.
