[발명의 명칭]
내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법
[발명의 상세한 설명]
[산업상의 이용분야]
본 발명은 고밀도이고 또한 고강도의 불어서 부착시키는 시공체를 제조하기 위한 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
[종래의 기술]
종래로부터 부정형 내화물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법이 유입시공 혹은 스탬프시공이 곤란한 시공장소에 사용되고 있다. 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법은 시공틀이 불필요하며, 그것으로 의해서 고스트를 저감할수가 있고, 작업능률이 높고, 열간시공이 용이하다는 등의 이점도 가져 널리 실시되고 있다. 이 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법은 건식 불어서 부착시키는 방법과 습식 불어서 부착시키는 방법으로 대별할 수가 있으나, 두 방법 다 같이 특공소 51-9770호 공보, 특개소 51-109008호 공보 및 특개소 52-58723호 공보에 제창된 초미분 및 분산제를 활용하는 고밀도의 유입재료나 스탬프재료와 비교해서 다량의 시공수분량을 필요로 하기 때문에, 불어서 부착시키는 시공에 의해서 수득된 내화시공체는 기공율이 크고, 저밀도이며, 또, 강도도 뒤떨어지는 것이다.
불어서 부착시키는 시공방법의 시공수분량을 감소하는 방법으로서, 특개소 58-24785호 공보에는 불어서 부착시키는 재료에 계면활성제를 첨가해서 시공하는 것에 의해 이루어지는 건식 불어서 부착시키는 시공법이 제창되고 있으나, 이 방법에서도 10% 이상의 시공수분량이 필요하며, 대폭의 품질개선을 달성하기 까지에는 이르지 못하고 있다.
[발명이 해결하려고 하는 문제점]
또, 상술의 특공소 51-9770호 공보, 특개소 51-109008호 공보 및 특개소 52-58723호 공보에 제창된 고밀도 유입재료의 초미분 및 분산제의 활용방법을 불어서 부착시키는 재료로 적용시키는 방법이 고려되었으나, 건식 불어서 부착시키는 방법에서는 상기의 계면활성제를 사용하는 방법과 같은 방법으로 불어서 부착시키는 노즐로 첨가하는 시공수분과 불어서 부착시키는 재료와의 혼합, 혼련시간이 매우 짧은 시간이기 때문에 충분한 감수효과를 얻을 수 없고, 불어서 부착시키는 시공체의 대폭의 품질개선은 기대할 수 없다.
한편, 초미분 및 분산제를 첨가한 불어서 부착시키는 재료를 습식 불어서 부착시키는 방법으로 시공하는 경우에는, 시공 수분량의 전량의 수분으로 미리 불어서 부착시키는 재료가 혼련되어 있는 것이기 때문에, 분산제의 효과는 충분하게 얻을 수 있으나, 고밀도 유입 재료와 동등의 시공수분량으로는, 혼련한 불어서 부착시키는 재료의 점성이 높기 때문에 재료 호오스에 의한 압송이 곤란하며, 불어서 부착시키는 시공을 행할 수가 없다. 이렇기 때문에, 시공수분량을 고밀도 유입재료보다도 많게 할 필요가 있기 때문에 불어서 부착시키는 시공체의 품질도 약간의 개선만이 기대된다.
[문제를 해결하기 위한 수단]
본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하여, 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법에 있어서의 시공수분량을 감소하여, 고밀도이며 또한 고강도의 불어서 부착시키는 시공체를 수득함을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 내화골재 93∼60중량%, 내화초미분 5∼30중량%, 알루미나시멘트 1∼20중량%, 및 분산제 0.01∼0.5중량%(대략 비율)를 함유해서 이루어지는 내화 조성물과 경화촉진제 0.01∼2중량%(대략 비율)를 불어서 부착시켜 시공하는 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법에 있어서, 시공수분량의1/5∼3/4의 수분과 전기의 내화 조성물을 미리 믹서로 혼련하여, 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총으로 압송하여, 전기의 혼련한 내화 조성물에 시공수분량의 잔량의 수분 및 경화촉진제로서 이루어진 용액을 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총의 불어서 부착시키는 노즐로서 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법을 제공하는데에 있다.
[작용]
본 발명의 방법에 사용하는 내화골재로서는 소성 내화점토, 보오크사이트, 실리마나이트, 물라이트, 알루미나, 탄화규소, 지르콘, 마그네시아, 크로마이트등을 들 수 있다. 내화골재의 첨가배합량은 93∼60중량%가 바람직하고, 내화골재의 첨가배합량이 93중량%를 초과하면 불어서 부착시킬 때에 적정한 점성을 얻을수 없기 때문에 바람직하지 않고, 또 60중량% 미만이면 저기공율화(고밀도화)가 곤란하기 때문에 바람직하지 않다. 더욱, 상술한 내화골재는 1종 또는 2종이상을 병용해서 사용할 수가 있다.
내화초미분으로는 점토, 카올린, 미분 실리카, 미분 알루미나, 미분 지르콘, 미분 마그네시아, 미분 탄화규소 등을 들 수 있다. 내화초미분의 입도는 50μ 이하의 것이 바람직하다. 내화초미분의 첨가배합량은5∼30중량%가 바람직하며, 내화초미분의 첨가배합량이 30중량%를 초과하면 고밀도화가 곤란하기 때문에 바람직하지 않고, 또,5중량% 미만이면 고밀도화가 곤란함과 동시에, 불어서 부착시킬 때에 적정한 점성을 얻을 수가 없기 때문에 바람직하지 않다. 더욱, 상술한 내화초미분은 1종 또는 2종이상을 병용해서 사용할수가 있다.
내화 조성물에 사용하는 알루미나시멘트르서는 수경성하이알루미나시멘트, JIS 알루미나시멘트 1호 및 2호등을 들 수가 있다. 알루미나시멘트의 첨가배합량은 1∼20중량%가 바람직하며, 알루미나시멘트의 첨가배합량이 20중량%를 초과하면 내식성이 저하하기 때문에 바람직하지 않고, 또,1중량% 미만이면 고강도화가 곤란하기 때문에 바람직하지 않다. 더욱, 상술한 알루미나시멘트는 1종 또는 2종이상을 병용해서 사용할 수가 있다.
또, 분산제로서 사용하는 알칼리금속 인산염으로는 예컨대 헥사메타인산소오다, 알칼리금속폴리인산염으로는 예컨대 울트라폴리인산소오다등을 들 수가 있다. 분산제의 첨가배합량은 대략 비율로 0.01∼0.5중량%가 바람직하고, 분산제의 첨가배합량이 0.5중량%를 초과하면 분산효과가 저하하기 때문에 바람직하지 않고, 또,0.01중량% 미만이면 적정한 해교효과를 얻을 수 없기 때문에 바람직하지 않다. 더욱, 상술한 분산제는 1종 또는 2종 이상을 병용해서 사용할 수가 있다.
상술한 배합을 갖는 내화 조성물에 필요한 시공수분량의 1/5∼3/4의 수분을 첨가해서 믹서로 미리 혼련하는 것에 의해서 초미분, 알루미나시멘트가 일부 분산상태가 되어서, 노즐로서 시공수분량의 잔부를 첨가했을 때의 단시간의 혼합, 혼련에서도 완전하게 분산효과를 얻은 상태가 되어, 저수분량의 불어서 부착시키는 시공이 가능하다.
더욱, 미리 믹서에 첨가, 혼련하는 수분량이 필요시공수분량의 1/5미만이면, 충분한 분산효과를 얻을 수없다. 또, 3/4를 초과하면, 미리 믹서로 혼련된 내화 조성물이 고점성이 되기 때문에, 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총으로의 압송이 곤란하게 된다.
또, 노즐로서 첨가되는 시공수분의 잔부와의 용액인 경화촉진제의 효과에 의해 불어서 부착시킨 시공체가 유동붕괴됨이 없이 시공할 수가 있다.
또, 노즐로서 첨가되는 경화추진제로서는 예컨대 Ca(OH)2규산소오다, 알루민산나트륨등을 들 수가 있다. 경화촉진제의 첨가배합량은 대략 비율로서 0.01∼2중량%가 바람직하다. 경화촉진제의 첨가배합량이 0.01중량% 미만이면, 경화속도가 늦고, 불어서 부착시키는 시공체가 유동붕괴하고, 또, 첨가배합량이 2중량%를 초과하면 경화가 빠르고, 불어서 부착시키는 시공체조직이 층모양이 되어 바람직하지 않다.
더욱, 본 발명의 방법의 전체시공수분량은 4∼10%가 바람직하다. 전시공수분량이 4% 미만이면 적정한 점성이 얻어지지 않기 때문에 바람직하지 않고, 또,10%를 초과하면 고밀도화가 곤란하기 때문에 바람직하지 않다.
본 발명의 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법은 여러가지의 용도, 예컨대, 선철을 혼합하는차 내벽의 불어서 부착시키는 냉간보수, 고로출구선철통의 불어서 부착시키는 보수, 선철을 혼합하는 차의 선철도입구의 불어서 부착시키는 보수, 고로의 불어서 부착시키는 열간보수, 래들, CDQ로, RH식 진공탈가스설비, 팰릿타이징(pelletizing)로 등에 적용할 수 있다. 더욱, 이러한 경우에 있어서, 예컨대, 선철을 혼합하는차 내벽의 불어서 부착시키는 냉간보수에서는, 알루미나실리카계 또는 알루미나실리카탄화규소계의 내화 조성물을 사용할 수가 있고, 고로출구 선철통의 불어서 부착시키는 보수에서는, 알루미나카아본 탄화규소계의 내화 조성물을 사용할 수가 있고, 고로열간 불어서 부착시키는 보수에서는, 알루미나실리카계의 내화 조성물을 사용할 수가 있고, 래들에서는, 지르콘계 또는 알루미나실리카계의 내화 조성물을 사용할 수가있고, CDQ로에서는 점토계 또는 고 알루미나계의 내화 조성물을 사용할 수가 있고, RH식 진공탈가스설비및 펠릿타이징로에서는, 고 알루미나계의 내화 조성물을 사용할 수가 있다.
[실시예]
이하에 실시예를 들어, 본 발명을 다시 설명한다.
[실시예 1]
이하의 표 1에 기재하는 배합비율을 갖는 내화 조성물을 본 발명 불어서 부착시키는 법, 종래의 건식 불어서 부착시키는 법 및 종래의 불어서 부착시키는 법으로 철제수직 패널에 150mm의 시공두께로 불어서 부착시켰다.
수득된 불어서 부착시키는 시공체의 특성을 표 1에 병기한다.

상술한 표 1에서도 명확한 것같이 본 발명의 방법에 의해서 수득된 불어서 부착시키는 시공체는 대략 비율 기공율이 낮고, 치밀한 시공체이며, 또 굽힘강도도 종래의 건식 불어서 부착시키는 법 및 종래의 불어서 부착시키는 법과 비교해서 거의 2배 이상이 되었다.
[실시예 2]
이하의 제2표에 기재하는 배합비율을 갖는 내화 조성물을 본 발명의 불어서 부착시키는 법, 종래의 건식 불어서 부착시키는 법 및 종래의 불어서 부착시키는 법으로 철제수직 패널에 150mm의 시공두께로 불어서 부착시켰다.
수득된 불어서 부착시킨 시공체의 특성을 표 2에 병기하였다.

상술한 표 2에서도 명확한 것같이 본 발명의 방법에 의해 수득된 불어서 부착시킨 시공체는 대략 비율 기공율이 낮고, 치밀한 시공체이며, 또 굽힘강도도 종래의 건식 불어서 부착시키는 법 및 종래의 불어서 부착시키는 법과 비교해서 거의 2배이상이 되었다.
[발명의 효과]
본 발명의 방법에 의해 이하의 효과를 얻을 수 있다 : (1) 종래법과 비교해서 시공수분량을 대폭으로 저감할 수 있기 때문에 고밀도이며 또한 고강도의 불어서 부착시키는 시공체를 수득할 수 있다. (2) 고온에서 글라스화되기 쉬운 결합제(예컨대 알루미나시멘트 등)의 배합비율을 종래의 불어서 부착시키는 재료보다도 감소하여도 고밀도이며 또한 고강도의 시공체를 수득할 수 있으므로 내식성이 향상된다. (3) 예비혼련되어있어서 불어서 부착시키는 시공체의 조직이 균일하게 된다. (4) 예비혼련되어 있어서 불어서 부착시킬 때에 먼지발생이 극히 적다.

Claims (9)

  1. 내화골재 93∼60중량%, 내화초미분 5∼30중량%, 알루미나시멘트 1∼20중량%, 및 분산제 0.01∼0.5중량%(대략 비율)를 함유해서 이루어지는 내화 조성물과 경화촉진제 0.01∼2중량%(대략 비율)를 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법에 있어서, 전체 시공 수분량의 1/5∼3/4의 수분과 상기 내화 조성물을 미리 믹서로 혼련하고, 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총으로 압송하고, 상기 혼련한 내화 조성물에 전체 시공 수분량의 잔량의수분 및 경화촉진제로서 이루어지는 용액을 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총의 불어서 부착시키는 노즐로서 첨가하며, 상기 전체 시공 수분량은 내화재 조성물의 4∼10%임을 특징으로 하는 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내화골재가 소성내화점토, 보오크사이트, 실리마나이트, 물라이트, 알루미나, 탄화규소, 지르콘, 마그네시아 및 크로마이트로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내화 초미분이 점토, 카올린, 미분 실리카, 미분 알루미나, 미분 지르콘, 미분 마그네시아 및 미분 탄화규소로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 내화 초미분의 입도가 50μ 이하인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 알칼리 금속 인산염류 및 알칼리 금속 폴리인산염류로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 인산염이 헥사메타인산소오다인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 폴리인산염이 울트라폴리인산소오다인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 경화촉진제가 수산화 칼슘, 규산 소오다 및 알루민산나트륨으로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나시멘트가 수경성 하이 알루미나시멘트, JIS 알루미나시멘트 1호 및 2호로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
