Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 내화골재 93∼60중량%, 내화초미분 5∼30중량%, 알루미나시멘트 1∼20중량%, 및 분산제 0.01∼0.5중량%(대략 비율)를 함유해서 이루어지는 내화 조성물과 경화촉진제 0.01∼2중량%(대략 비율)를 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법에 있어서, 전체 시공 수분량의 1/5∼3/4의 수분과 상기 내화 조성물을 미리 믹서로 혼련하고, 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총으로 압송하고, 상기 혼련한 내화 조성물에 전체 시공 수분량의 잔량의수분 및 경화촉진제로서 이루어지는 용액을 건식 불어서 부착시키는 총의 불어서 부착시키는 노즐로서 첨가하며, 상기 전체 시공 수분량은 내화재 조성물의 4∼10%임을 특징으로 하는 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내화골재가 소성내화점토, 보오크사이트, 실리마나이트, 물라이트, 알루미나, 탄화규소, 지르콘, 마그네시아 및 크로마이트로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내화 초미분이 점토, 카올린, 미분 실리카, 미분 알루미나, 미분 지르콘, 미분 마그네시아 및 미분 탄화규소로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 내화 초미분의 입도가 50μ 이하인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 알칼리 금속 인산염류 및 알칼리 금속 폴리인산염류로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 인산염이 헥사메타인산소오다인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 폴리인산염이 울트라폴리인산소오다인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화촉진제가 수산화 칼슘, 규산 소오다 및 알루민산나트륨으로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나시멘트가 수경성 하이 알루미나시멘트, JIS 알루미나시멘트 1호 및 2호로서 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 내화 조성물의 불어서 부착시키는 시공방법.
